Average acxomodation and by adding few elements as suggested it will be an attractive place.
Pros:

Location is excellent and near the holy trinity church with other amenities nearby

Cons:

Basic requirements like water bottles to be provided at free of cost.Few tea bags and sugar or coffee powder will be an added advantage for guest

Position of bedroom AC is not in right place making it uncomfortable

In washroom bath area no stand provided to keep Soap gel or shampoo etc.Wash basins in toilets are too small and better change it to a bigger bowl so that water will not spill out.

Очень хорошее расположение отеля. Все в шаговой доступности. Номер большой. Кухня оборудована полностью. Есть стиральная машина, что очень удобно)) Два санузла с душами. Три сплит-системы, но, кстати, в номере было совсем не жарко при +40 на улице. Нам очень понравилось. Спасибо🤝

Overall good place and decent enough to stay for 4-5 nights, all major attractions are nearby and SPAR is just adjacent
Pros:

Rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures as in the real room pictures are posted on Booking page. Facility is top notch, they have an entire kitchenette with everything you need to make it feel like home. The staff Mr. Temo is very helpful and will be there in case of anything is needed promptly.

Cons:

There is water drainage issue in the bathroom area, water doesn’t dry up on the floor and this needs some extra efforts to keep it dry, but the staff is helpful enough to provide you the tools to do it yourself. If the drainage issue fixed then this place is best compared to others in the vicinity. There is no daily cleaning service so no changing of bedsheets, vessels or bathroom cleaning although it’s available on demand for a charge of 30GEL.

Два дня было очень холодно. Хозяин включил отопление только после нескольких наших жалоб. Вид из окон ужасен, на развалившиеся сараи. На букинге гостиница позицианируется как 5 звёзд, но она тянет максимум на три.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this property during my visit to Tbilisi. The location is perfect, taxis are always available right at the door, there’s a Spar supermarket conveniently located just across the street, and several great restaurants and cafe within 100 meters. Everything you need is close by, making it very comfortable and practical for travelers.

A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Mr. Temu, the hotel manager, who made my stay exceptional. He was extremely polite, professional, and attentive to every detail. Temu went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable and well taken care of, his warm hospitality truly made me feel at home.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Great location, excellent service, and wonderful people!

местоположение супер, чистые номера, все учтено, вид из окна хороший, район не шумный, нам понравилиось, если будем еще в Тбилиси, думаю останвимся тут.
