La proximité de la mer et des restaurants autour

Cons:

La vue mer est coupée aux 3/4 par des constructions juste devant !
Ils annulent les réservations si on n'insiste pas en haute saison pour pouvoir louer plus cher.
L'intérieur est vieillot et il fait laisser la porte fenêtre ouverte pour ne pas avoir une odeur d'humilité très forte.

Good location that run down.
Pros:

The property is rundown and has a lot of small issues. There was a leak in my bathroom bathroom ceiling that dripped on the floor. There were mold stains in spots on the wall. Overall, the property just looks a bit neglected and dated.

Cons:

The room was quite damp feeling. And it was a space that I really didn’t wanna hang out in at all, but served as a place to sleep.
