Unfortunate first night in vietnam
Pros:

Was close to the beach, but the view was a little sideways from between the building.

Cons:

Room was very small, you could hardly walk around the bed, the window was broken, and did not close, it had no TV, they chanced me to another room, that had a TV, that I could not get to work. That room smelled so bad like cigarettes smoke, and the smoke detector was taped up. The fan in the roof did not work, and the had a party on the beach with very loud music till 3 in the morning. With the broken window, it sounded like it was in my room.

Woke up from afternoon nap to Bed bugs in bed when asked for full refund was laughed at waited a hour before finally they give it too me. Would not recommend staying here.

We stay for 2 nights, stuff show the room befor check in, you and they knows is not good but cheapest near beach.
Pros:

Hotel is cheap, stuff helpful, ok for night or two if you enjoy night club on beach and local street food.

Cons:

Older, need good cleaning and many repairs or investments.

Great value and lovely staff. Close to the beach.
Pros:

Very nice people & hotel in a great location. Value for money. Also they found my missing trainers ;-)

Cons:

All was ok with the hotel. Area a bit noisy with building work but not a huge problem. Very close to the beach.

Ks rất gần biển, qua đường là tới, đi lại thuận tuện, đi các điểm khu vui chơi khác cũng rất gần.

Cons:

Khách sạn hơi nhỏ, phòng nhỏ, nv ít dọn dẹp quá nên ko không gian dc sạch sẽ lắm.

Cons:

Phòng hơi chật so với giới thiệu. Chắc khi giới thiệu hơn 20m2 tính cả ban công, hành lang. Tôi đoán phòng chỉ tầm 15m2 là cùng. Check in hơi muộn dù trc khi đến đã gọi ks đến vẫn phải đợi. Đc cái em lễ tân xinh xắn dễ thương.
