Pros:

The location is all it has, the rest is horrible

Cons:

Ugly, dirty, the bathroom had leakes with drops falling from the bathroom above, the window could not get closed and was not sealed, the bathroom window also stayed open.
It is too expensive for what it is.
The wifi is horrible, the chair is broken. I asked for them to change it and they said all had the same problem.
