Comfortable bed with responsive and kind staff. The location is great as well.
The room was very dark and location a bit noisy.
They were very attentive, they contacted us immediately after our booking and during our stay. We appreciated that they also gave us a lot of restaurant recommedations. The location of the hotel was great. Our room was clean and beautifully furnished.
The position is great. You can walk to Roma, polanco and condesa. It’s very safe. Metro station is close by.
Nice to have 24 hour availability of the staff via WhatsApp.
Nice to have the coffee machine and drinking water available.
The room was small and without windows.
The shower was not hot enough.
The room was very cold and the heater provided was not making any difference.
- Great location in La Condesa with restaurants and bars nearby, very close to Chapultepec metro station so can quickly get around CDMX without problem and walking distance to Bosque de Chapultepec
- Very comfortable stay, big bed and hot powerful shower
- Free drinking water, tea and Nespresso coffee in the communal space
- Easy check in process and good communication with the host via WhatsApp. We had an issue with the boiler and the host was helpful in sorting it out
Very nice location, clean and neat rooms, and good facilities. The staff was very responsive!
Great location, staff very friendly and cleaning on point
The illumination of the room could be better and the water in the shower as well had some issues with the pressure.
Second stay at Don Jacinto after an interval of nearly four years and I'm pleased to say it's still a very nice place to to stay. The interior of the building, rooms and fixtures are designed by the Mexican architect Victor Castellanos and have a really cool retro-industrial style to them. I think it's great that they kept a building from the 1920s--but updated it in a way that preserved and even enhanced it. There's a pretty big common area or atrium with a glass floor thats cool to make coffee in and chat or get to know other guests. The location on Calle Zamora is also really convenient, because you're on the western edge of Condesa, very close to the subway, Bosque de Chapultepec, Insurgentes, and Paseo de la Reforma, and therefore you can use transportation or get a taxi very easily, or if you like to walk, there are so many cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby.
Great location, comfy bed and super clean.
Location is great . Walking distance to a restaurants , cafes , bars etc . Close to the city center . Spacious apartment , easy communication with the host .
Had a hard time to figure out hot and cold water in the shower . Sometimes it switched between hot and cold .
Location is great.
This hotel is not really a hotel. There is no front desk. Amenities are a bit old feeling. The room was very dark with no direct sunlight. The layout was odd. I have stayed at much nicer hotels for the same or lower price. The room was musty. Furnishings were sparse -- the desk and closet were an odd plywood structure. The artificial lighting was very dim. While street noise was minimal. There was a lot of noise from pipes, fans and others in the building. I left a day early because I just did not want to stay at this place. They would not refund or even partially refund my payment.
