Receptia hotelului functioneaza dupa un program ciudat. Practic aceasta se muta la hotelul vecin unde este alocat si micul dejun. Nu inteleg de ce nu ests specificat din start ca receptia este una si aceeasi si trebuie sa cauti tu receptionerul sa iti iei cheia.

The location was excellent, very close to Basel train station and convenient for transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the check-in process was easy. It was a good choice for a short stay in Basel.

Hotel molto semplice, pulito e dotato di tutto. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Posizionato vicino alla stazione, può essere comodo per gli spostamenti sia in tram/bus sia in treno.

Air conditioner was noisy
Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, saw that I had a big suitcase so moved me to a room that had access via a lift. I have stayed here before and like the location close to tram stops, train station and bus stop. For me it is nice and handy for everything and suits my needs.
Nothing not to like it was perfect for a one night stay.
