Okay for a short stay. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
Pros:

Central location and linked to 2 other hotels. Really good breakfast.

Cons:

Up several flights of stairs not reached by the lift. Bed was stated as being ‘Queen Size’ but is 2 single beds pushed together.

Premium location for a super essential but comfortable stay
Pros:

Really central location, very friendly staff and very roomy rooms and above all bathroom! Kids loved the gigantic shower with coloured leds!

Cons:

The lights system was not super intuitive, and we did not manage to switch on some support lights, but not a biggy. Room was really bare minimum, but good enough for the price.

Es waren drei sehr schöne Tage in Basel. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen
Pros:

Lage super, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Qualität des Frühstücks gut. Haben gut geschlafen.

Cons:

Zimmer war ziemlich eng. Die Anmeldung im WLAN musste mehrfach neu erfolgen und war etwas nervig. Die fürs Frühstück zuständige Dame war zeitweise überfordert, weil sie allein war.
