Perfect for a single sleep over arriving late by plane and continuing next day by train.

Excellent and affordable place

This is one of the best, if not the best hotel I've ever stayed at. (And I've stayed at many places). The staff is amazing, very helpful, polite and profesionally friendly. I loved the spacious room and crazy spacious bathroom. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. I plan to return to Basel soon and I hope there will be vacancy at this hotel. It's super close to the main station (literally 2 minutes away from the bus stop where you can catch a bus for the airport) and short and enjoyable walk away from the old town. I can't recommend this place enough.
