Pros:

Location was very accessible

Cons:

The hairdryer didn't work. It was 3 deg outside. There was constant noise in the building and outside.

Refreshing stay
Pros:

Everything went smoothly. I liked the coffeemaker nearby. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasty.

Cons:

It just took a little looking to find but the signs were all just right. I guess that's not a negative after all.

Perfekte Lage, direkt beim Bahnhof SBB. Speditiver Check-In und sehr herzliches Personal. Zimmer sauber und modern eingerichtet. Kaffeemaschine auf der Etage steht zur freien Verfügung. Personal an der Hotelbar ebenfalls sehr gastfreundlich. Preis/Leistung tiptop.

Liked the room, facilities and location

Cons:

The receptionist was not friendly at all, she was friendlier to other guests Ukrainian and Swiss. To us (Asians) she was not polite and had no patience at all. Especially to those who had difficulty speaking English. Other than that it was a nice hotel.
