Rama Al-Madina Hotel

Its pathetic in every sense, no cleanliness, no service , not comfortable can’t sleep whole night due to noisy, staff is non professional. I checked out early due to non compfort , price vs property it’s purely fraudulent and cheating. In this price it’s totally unfair

Review for Rama Al Medina – October 2025 Stay
I stayed at Rama Al Medina for a week in October 2025, and unfortunately, this has been by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
From the very beginning, the condition of the hotel was unacceptable. The lifts were constantly out of order, and even when they were “working,” the buttons were often non-functional. Crowds of people were left stranded on every floor, waiting endlessly without any support from hotel staff. The only way to operate the lift was by pressing the buttons extremely hard, and even then, it would stop at every single floor unnecessarily. To make matters worse, the security guard near the lifts was rude and confrontational instead of being helpful.
There was no one present at the reception desk during the day or night. It felt like the hotel was operating without any real staff. When we did come across staff members, they were unfriendly, unprofessional, and made no effort to help with anything—from cleaning the rooms to even basic hospitality. Rubbish was not collected from the rooms, and no housekeeping was provided throughout the stay.
The noise levels inside the hotel were unbearable. There was constant shouting and chaos in the corridors at all hours, making it impossible to rest.
The only positive aspect of this hotel is its proximity to Masjid Al-Nabawi, which is within walking distance. Unfortunately, that alone does not make up for the discomfort, lack of service, and poor management we experienced.
I would strongly advise against booking this hotel. There are many other options nearby that offer a more peaceful and respectful environment for your stay in Madinah.

Le personnel n’est pas toujours à disposition. Ils répondent jamais par téléphone vous devez vous déplacer jusqu’à la réception. Personne ne vous aide pour les bagages. On a du changer de chambre car la première était très mauvaise.
On est resté on a attendu longtemps pour recevoir une bouilloire.
