A very good new 4 star hotel with excellent customer service
Pros:

The Hoxton is a very good 4 star hotel. The Staff were excellent and facilities good. It is a new hotel in a gracious old building so everything is sparkling.

Cons:

We booked the top category of room but found out that it was on 2 levels with a spiral staircase. It was not suitable but the staff were very accommodating and changed our room.

A great location with a great vibe.
Pros:

We loved the location of the hotel. We were a little removed from the crowds and noise but still able to walk everywhere - 21,000 steps daily!
Our room was clean and very comfortable. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant.
We loved the wine bar and enjoyed before and after dinner drinks there.

10/10 amazing stay
Pros:

Everything was amazing! Room was comfortable. Design was great. Location a bit far from main sights but still so doable! Staff was friendly. FOOD WAS FANTASTIC! Will definitely stay again!

Cons:

The breakfast buffet didn’t seem worth the money but the service was still excellent. Wish there was more selection. That being said, the espresso bar was excellent for breakfast!

El hotel impecable, jardín y terrazas muy lindas y acogedoras, poco ruido, cerca del centro, camas y almohadas muy cómodas, excelente atención.

Top! Prachtig hotel

Cons:

Ik vond het vrij ver wandelen naar centrum, zeker als je naar andere kant Arno wil. Geen goed alternatief qua OV/fietsjes.

Prachtig hotel aan de rand van het centrum!
Pros:

Ontzettend mooi hotel. Goed faciliteiten. Personeel was heel leuk! Mooie kamers.

Cons:

Mogelijkheden qua restaurants is wat onduidelijk, duurde een dag voor ik het snapte. De a la carte optie voor ontbijt is niet aan te raden gezien je dan in een veredelde koffiebar zit met lage tafels en zelf je eten moet bestellen aan de bar; het buffet in het andere restaurant daarentegen is top. Jammer dat er geadverteerd wordt met rooftop maar dat deze niet toegankelijk is. Locatie wel wat aan de rand van het centrum.

Pros:

Unbelievable stay. Staff were amazing. Room was super clean and turndown service daily. Hotel had a great bar and restaraunt option. Would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is so beautiful, so well decorated, they thought about every detail.

The restaurant staff could be better trained, sometimes they looks like rushing too much, the attention to details in the building can be improved on the service experience at the restaurants
