Highly recommend this hotel for your next trip to masjid al nabawi
Pros:

The location is brilliant, really good service and quality of hotel. It's a 5 minute walk to the masjid and the room size was very good. We had a family suite which had areas for dining and a kitchen too.

Cons:

We had our flights cancel due to the turmoil at the airports, we had to rearrange our flight and therefore would not be able to stay the first night. When we asked for the booking to be amended we were told this is not possible.

It would be better to show flexibility in such instances

Pros:

Communication was poor when we booked this and tried to contact property prior to attending our booking when we was in Makkah.

Cons:

The property itself was great.
