I will be back inshaAllah.
Pros:

The overall service was excellent. I was amazed with how everyone was nice and welcoming. The person who had to tidy my room (I forgot his name but the room number was 801) was unbelievably helpful and professional.

Cons:

Nothing for someone who visited Medina the first time.
