Location is great. Great shopping facilities nearby. Good ambiance.

Cons:

They asked IDs for all the occupants which is something new. Secondly, you cannot stop near the hotel for the check in process until you get the parking pass and then the security allows you to enter.

Beautiful experience! This is not my first visit to Medina, from the excess numbers of tourists its very hard to keep everything professional. However this hotel is running like a clock, everything is clean, room service is perfect, restaurant, etc.. special thanks to Alamin & Ali from room service and Ruba from reception who helped to check in early knowing that i had 2 flights and a tired child, with a smile and beautiful assistance
