Wonderful staff was the highlight of this unexpected stay
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was a last minute thing because of a missed flight connection. We arrived in the middle of the night, past the normal check-in time, but the staff was able to arrange to still have us checked in at the last minute. We also asked for a later checkout while waiting for replacement flight and they were able to allow us to stay in a room longer. And then we also forgot some personal items in the room and they arranged to ship them back to us, so all in all, they really went above and beyond.

Cons:

Rezervirali smo sobu deluxe sa king size bedom. Dobili smo sobu u potkrovlju sa dva kreveta spojenim u jedan. Par sati prije stigla je poruka na whatsapp da restoran ne radi. Dosli smo iskljucivo zbog njega. Soba je cista, sve 5 ali nije profesionalno od strane domacina kako je ispalo jer je soba rezervirana 2 tjedna prije. Iskljucivo smo birali tu sobu deluxe i gledali dali restoran radi. Za taj dan nije bilo naznaka da restoran nece raditi. Isto tako u hotelu se nije nalazio nitko,usli smo po smjernicama na straznja vrata. Nismo imali mogucnost prigovoriti nikome osim poslati poruku na whatsapp?!
