not value of its money, next time I will choose another hotel.
Pros:

right near to the beautiful beach with white sand. Family room was spacious. Good massage in a lobby.

Cons:

Breakfast is in another building (and not tasty), very heavy perfume smell of bed sheets and towels, I could not breath, I asked to change it, but I was ignored. In a lobby sometimes is a small aggressive dog, who was trying to bite my son, who is allergic to a dogs. For whole family we had only 1 card (key), without this card electricity will not work. We had a balcony, but ist only 25 cm deep.

Волшебный Фукуок
Pros:

Отель находится в шаговой доступности от пляжа Khem, рядом много кафе, магазинчиков. Номер очень понравился, просторный и стильный. Недалеко остановка бесплатного автобуса до Sunset Town.
Всё понравилось. Очень понравился Фукуок и пляж Кхем, красивый.

the wash off bucket (to Prince off the sand before entering) in front was empty and the administrator was watching reels instead of filling it up

hmm ... do not know what to think - a little bit good, little bit not... things to improve
Pros:

location good, near Khem Beach, however neighbourhood do not have many restaurants, generally quite strange, lots of empty buildings around, should be better in couple of years for sure. Much better is Sao Beach, but no problem to reach there by Grab within 5 mins (2 USD)

Cons:

rooms with no windows - didn't know that and VERY thin doors - you could literally hear voices/conversations from corridor, very uncomfortable. Plus nobody talked English, very difficult to communicate, even through translator

Pros:

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи. Номер просторный с балконом. Кроме кондиционеров есть два вентилятора на потолке, мы включали из на ночь.
На ресепшене работает очень приятная девушка Xuyen. Спасибо за тёплый приём.

It was a clean and spacious room. It looked new. We booked the family room

The staff could be more welcoming/talkative to tell you about the area and what to do on the island. They could use google translate if their English is limited
