hmm ... do not know what to think - a little bit good, little bit not... things to improve
Pros:

location good, near Khem Beach, however neighbourhood do not have many restaurants, generally quite strange, lots of empty buildings around, should be better in couple of years for sure. Much better is Sao Beach, but no problem to reach there by Grab within 5 mins (2 USD)

Cons:

rooms with no windows - didn't know that and VERY thin doors - you could literally hear voices/conversations from corridor, very uncomfortable. Plus nobody talked English, very difficult to communicate, even through translator

Останавливались в отеле на 4 ночи. Номер просторный с балконом. Кроме кондиционеров есть два вентилятора на потолке, мы включали из на ночь.
На ресепшене работает очень приятная девушка Xuyen. Спасибо за тёплый приём.

emplacement idéal pour découvrir une très belle plage

Hotel, très moderne et très récent, avec un très bon équipement et un lit très confortable. Accueil sympathique.

Cons:

Notre chambre avait une fenêtre qui donnait sur un trompe-l’œil, à savoir un mur en pierre, avec une déco avec des plantes artificielles. très joli, mais pour les claustrophobes comme moi ce n’était pas l’idéal.
Et nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude le matin, en revanche nous en avons eu l’après-midi.

По факту отличная цена, ежедневная тщательная уборка, рядом пляж 🌴 Кхем

Персонал так и пытается тебя развести на деньги, на ресепшене была девочка которая просто раскрутила мужа на постельное белье, ребенок оставил пятна от граната на простыне , на второй простыне от пюре из тыквы, нам сказали если не отстирается - штраф, муж как порядочный согласился, ну что вы думаете, конечно же не отстиралось... штраф за две простыни 1 400 000 VND (не мало согласитесь, когда цена за проживание сутки 770 000 VND) , а главное чтоб муж не картой оплатил штраф, а наличными, хорошо он оплатил, так на этом не закончилось, она опять начала показывать какие то фото и мужу вещать лапшу на уши, он ей сказал, что уже оплатил ей, чтоб стелили нам простынь с теми пятнами, но она как только видет его прибегала , мужу надоела эта наглость и сказал вызывайте начальство будем разбираться ,больше я платить не буду (честно сколько отдыхаем, столкнулись с такой наглостью впервые), мы очень аккуратные и порядочные люди. После этого она каждый день ходила мило улыбалась и здоровалась, видимо фраза вызвать начальство её испугало, незнаю. Честно очень не приятно, советую вам быть бдительны, когда отдыхаете ,она специально ходит с уборщицей и как будто ей помогает , по факту ищет что сфотографировать, а после предъявлять туристу как штраф, вдруг согласится ей оплатить просто так, без чека, без карты. Надеюсь начальство увидет это сообщение и будет какая-то мера, а то люди не захотят возвращаться в данный отель. Еще из минусов , стройка, хорошо мы жаваронки ,рано встаём, а так с 7.40 утра начинается ремонт, сверлят, стучат, возможно из-за этого 10 дней отдыха , три дня была горячая вода, остальное время едва едва теплая и сутки вообще воды не было никакой...
