Pros:

Staff was extremely helpful we had problem with our car staff help to talked with rental company and the police. We would like to thank you for their help very much.

The scenery was extremely beautiful and onsen was so great. We can feel the real nature.

Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. A lot of choices and dinner also included variety of drinks and alcohol.

お風呂とご飯良かったです！

ご飯が美味しかったです。

Cons:

お部屋が古かったし部屋にお風呂がないのが残念でした。
和室だったので布団を自分で敷くのはいいけどお布団がちょっと古い感じてわした。

エレベーターをどうにするべき
Pros:

他の方も書いてる通り、食事が豊富でどれも美味しく素晴らしかった。また、スタッフの対応も良かった。

Cons:

施設自体は、結構古いが清掃が行き届いており、さほど気にはならない。ただ、あの客室であの小さなエレベーター1台は辛い。結構待たされた時もあった。別の場所にもう1台作るなどして、分散するようにしたが良いかと。

한적한 장소에 있는 료칸식 호텔입니다. 높지 않은 가격에 야외 온천과 뷔페식 저녁 그리고 간단한 아침을 먹을 수 있습니다 그리고 주변에 골프장들이 많이 있어 일본 골프 여행 올 때 숙박할 만한 곳입니다

Cons:

주변에 한적한 곳이라 편의점이 없던 것이 약간 불편한 점이었고 그리고 방마다 샤워실이 구비되어 있지 않은 점입니다. 하지만 야외 온천장과 실내온천까지 완벽하게 구비되어 있어 큰 문제는 없었습니다

家族との最高の思い出
Pros:

食事は美味しくお寿司が凄く家族に好評で、温泉も気持ち良く毎日の疲れを取れていい家族旅行になりました。
古風があり庭園が綺麗で解放感ありとても良かったです。スタッフの方も親切で良かったと思います。

Cons:

部屋の電気の電源が分かりずらく、暗めにして寝たかったです。お風呂が滑りやすく子供にはちょっと危なかったかなと思います。綺麗な庭園でしたのでもう少しライトアップしてたらもっと良くなりそうです。

満足です。孫たちが大喜びだったのでこの宿にしてよかったです。

想像以上でした。
あか牛のステーキとハンバーグ、しゃぶしゃぶなど、
食事だけでもかなりお得感ありました。
朝食バイキングも満足しました。
食べすぎたくらいです。
スタッフの対応も素晴らしいです。

一点だけ、布団が薄くて硬く、寝心地が悪かった。
これがなければ満点でした。

リフレッシュできた。大満足！
Pros:

お食事とお風呂が素晴らしかった。食事は、バイキングで品数も豊富で特にお刺身とカプレーゼが美味しかった。また、アルコール類も飲み放題で、デザートにはソフトクリームもあった。お風呂もとーっても広くて、素敵だった。スタッフの方は、東南アジア系の方がほとんどでしたが、みなさん日本語が堪能で、フレンドリーでとても好印象でした。

Cons:

施設が古かった。でも、とてもきれいに清掃されていたので気持ちが良かった。スリッパというか下駄というか、履物が男物と女物が適当な数置いてあって、私たちは女子のみのだったので、男物の大きな履物をはかなくてはいけなくて困った。浴衣などは自分で好きなサイズを取ってくるシステムなので、履物も好きなサイズのものを取ってこれたらよかった。
