Pros:

中心地に近くて便利がいいです。
ちょっと歩くとホットサンドイッチとか作ってくれる商店とかもありました。

ここのシャワーは水量もあって、すごくよかったです。

ツアー参加のため、荷物預かりお願いしました。助かりました。

Was told room was not available only upon arrival at the property
Pros:

I had to make a change to my reservation due to weather, and I did this within my cancellation period. When I arrived at this property, I was told the person responsible got things mixed up and there were no rooms available. At no point during the 3 days prior to the reservation change did I get any notification that the room was no longer available.

Cons:

I could have been informed a day prior, or even that morning, that my room was not available.

Genuint gästvänligt.
Pros:

Värden och värdinnan var enastående uppmärksamma och generösa gentemot mig som gäst. Jag uppskattade det avslappnade sättet och den familjära känslan. Jag kände mig som en inbjuden gammal vän till familjen. Boendet kändes tryggt och säkert. Rummet var rent och städat.

Réservation non honorée le jour de l’arrivée, gestion inacceptable.
Cons:

Nous avions, avec mon conjoint, une réservation confirmée depuis plusieurs mois pour une chambre double avec salle de bain privative.

Le jour même de notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous a informés qu’il n’était pas en mesure de fournir la chambre réservée. La seule alternative proposée était deux chambres simples sans salle de bain privative.

Malgré le fait que l’hôtel reconnaissait ne pas pouvoir honorer la réservation, il a refusé d’effectuer lui-même l’annulation et a insisté pour que nous procédions nous-mêmes à l’annulation.

À la dernière minute, booking injoignable, nous avons dû réserver un autre hôtel trois fois plus cher, sans aucun dédommagement.
