Pros:

The entire lobby and the room smells of ciggarettes. And the balcony windows were already damaged and anyone can enter it from the outside. I found spiders in the blanket. It was awful.

Great stay
Pros:

Courteous helpful staff made check in and out easy.
Buffet breakfast was diverse and good.

Cons:

No washroom at swim pool/ Gym.
No Clock at Swm pool/Gym.
No cloth stand in room for drying towel etc.
No wiper in wash room.

Wrong information by booking.com

Our booking was cancelled due to wrong information posted by booking.com We booked a one night stay, booking.com confirmed our booking but the hotel has mentioned somewhere as day booking which was contradictory but since the booking com gave confirmation as one night with checkin at 11 and checkout at 12 next day we booked it, later the hotel argued saying it is error of booking.com etc etc

Pros:

The property is very run-down and lacks adequate parking. Parking is outsourced to a nearby company, and the staff there were extremely rude to customers. I’m not sure of their arrangement with the hotel, but I did not feel comfortable leaving my car there overnight, especially as the watchman was aggressive and unprofessional.

The pool was not clean, and the air conditioning did not cool adequately. Overall, I’m not sure why this property is rated as a 4-star hotel.

Location, room was comfortable

Cons:

1. Restricted parking space..
2. Housekeeping not up to mark , delayed in responding , probably understaffed .
3.Closed buffet abruptly when few guests were only half way through the breakfast , citing timing restrictions.
4. No Kerala style lunch available.

Cons:

The room was absolutely unclean. Dirty floors, unclean toilets. Almost everything in the room was damaged. The TV was not working and did not get anyone to attend it.
