This place is a hell hole
The elevator don't work and the hotel it self is creepy asf , and the apartment they were talking about is just a one room divided by plywoods
I Didnt like the way they handle the clients,They get us money for booking reservations and yet they cancelled however at the apps it says it was confirmed.The owner or the contact number of the property declined my calls. It was a scam
The property or the one who advertise it didnt cooperate and talk to the customer.Once the booking isa done and get paid they didnt get in touch with their clients,they dropped the calls several times
None at all. Nothing.
Everything, from the host to the property. This is a very bad experience especially to my family (I have 2 kids with a toddler). First, the property is so hard to find, there are small roads that we need to pass, with very very little lighting (we arrived night time). I feel the place is not safe - limited lighting around, no signs, no guidance from the host or the guard. Second, the host is not answering the phone calls, we called at least 10x but no answer. We just finally reached him after nth time of calling. Third, there is a misrepresentation on this property. It says there is parking but in reality there in NONE. After nth time of calling and the host answered the call, he mentioned there is NO parking so we need to find our own at our own risk (Note that we even asked if there is a pay parking where we can just use for safety, and the host said there is NONE) - so we need to park at own risk with a place that doesnt seem to look safe because it is dark with very very limited lighting? This is not acceptable. Lastly, I think the booking policy for this is a scam, this was set up that we cannot cancel anymore once we booked (so even if we arrive in the property and it is not safe and for valid reasons that we can no longer push through with the booking, we dont have a choice but to pay). I asked to waive the cancellation fees but was not entertained at all.
Please do not ever book in this property. This is by far the worst experience we had as a family.
