An ok place.
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

The bathroom. I had to fix the toilet seat myself. It was loose. The washer was dirty. The lighting inthe kitchen was so dim. If it would have not been for the location, I would have not chosen it.

We chose this place because we had classes at the Hilton Hotel, and the location was perfect—just an 8-minute walk away. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of shops and conveniences around, which made our stay very easy and comfortable.

When we first checked in, the bathroom light wasn’t working, which caused a little inconvenience. After we checked out, the host explained it was due to a tripped main breaker. Despite that, the host was very responsive and quick to address issues, which we really appreciated.

Another thoughtful touch was the hair dryer. Since hair dryers aren’t commonly used in the Philippines (probably because the hot weather makes hair dry so quickly), we didn’t expect one. But the host kindly prepared it for us, which was a very considerate gesture.

Overall, a convenient and pleasant stay with a host who truly cares about guests. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!
