Azure Urban Resort with WIFI and Netflix

I dont know where to start!! No running refrigerator, no hot water,no toilet paper, dirty towels, dirty sheets, USED bandaids in the wardrobe, condo owner wanted cash payment for us to be allowed to use any facilities. The place was filthy with mould and "brown stuff" everywhere!

Die Adresse auf Booking.com ist falsch. Dies hat für Verwirrung gesorgt, da wir zuerst am falschen Ort waren. Auf booking.com ist die Adresse neben dem Flughafen, weshalb wir uns für dieses Appartement entschieden haben, was allerdings nicht stimmt. Das Appartement ist ca. 30-40 Minuten vom Flughafen mit dem Auto entfernt.

I rented the family room, which sleeps up to 4. (There were two of us). Per the photos, there were two regular beds. The landlord messaged me that he changed the unit due to wifi issues. When we arrived at 0300, we found an apartment with one queen bed. I attempted to contact the landlord with no success. Granted, I understand it was 0300. We found a stained thin floor mat in the closet. There was no sheet and one pillow. My friend and I uncomfortably shared the queen bed. When I spoke to the landlord in the am, he said that I should have told him I needed two beds when he told me he changed my room. I rented an apartment with two beds. If he moved me, it should be an equivalent room. He said he assumed two people would just share one bed.
It is very inappropriate to assume two adults will share a bed. I was traveling with a friend, and it put us in an awkward situation.

He then said that the 2nd bed is either a pullout couch (there wasn’t one) or a mattress on the floor, even though that is not what is pictured. When I told him there were no sheets, he said the housekeeper didn’t leave any because (again) two adults should share one bed.

The wifi didn’t work. There was no cutlery in the kitchen. And if you want soap for the bathroom, you need to pay extra. I attached photos of our whole conversation and the apartment. Do not stay here.

Pull-out bed in one unit have hard time pulling coz the AC unit is just next to the bed. No wifi on the other unit. Shower is not working, good there is a dipper available.

AWFUL ACCOMODATION! Before you can enter your unit you’ll have to do an administration of more then one hour, the way they treat you is really bad. The pool was closed while us was told that it was open and last but not least the bed was incredibly dirty. It seems on booking like a good place, I never wrote a bad review but this was too much! Bad atmosphere, bad hygiene and bad service!
