Schone kamer

Cons:

Was in een achterwijk.
Alsof we in een ghetto waren. Werden belaagd door mensen daar aanwezig.
Niemand bij de receptie.sleutel moesten we uit de brievenbus halen.
Er waren 2 telefoonnummers, allebij van een Duits hotel.
Voor de veiligheid maar bij Hotel sporting geslapen

Ci ritornerò sicuramente.
Pros:

Io vengo sempre in questo hotel perché si sta benissimo, è comodo, tranquillo e le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Li staff è gentilissimo e disponibile.

Nous sommes arrivés à 23h et le terminal pour la carte de crédit ne fonctionnait pas. Voyageant avec un enfant, j’ai proposé d’aller retirer de l’argent le lendemain, ce qui m’a été refusé. Aucune aide proposée. Un autre hôtel nous a aidé à trouver une chambre pour la nuit.

Consiglio a tutti questo hotel favoloso.
Pros:

Hotel Molto bello,comodo, pulito,vicino a tutto. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile,le camere sono fornite di tutto e sì sta benissimo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Absoluter Horror-Aufenthalt

Die Rezeptionistin hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, uns mit ihren beschränkten Mitteln und trotz hoher Spravhbarriere den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Kompliment an diese tapfere Frau!

Cons:

Es gab keine Heizung, und das im Januar bei Minusgraden draußen und nahezu auch auf den Gängen. Wir mussten unsere Zimmer mit den Klimaanlagen beheizen. Die Klimaanlagen waren altersschwach, laut, verstaubt und wenig leistungsfähig. Mehrere Steckdosen waren kaputt. Die einzige greifbare Person war eine ukrainische Rezeptionistin, die kein Italienisch und nur wenig Englisch kann und per Übersetzungs-App mit uns kommunizierte. Der Manager des Hotels war nicht erreichbar. Wir werden uns beschweren und bei booking.com unser Geld zurückfordern.
