Absoluter Horror-Aufenthalt

Die Rezeptionistin hat sich alle Mühe gegeben, uns mit ihren beschränkten Mitteln und trotz hoher Spravhbarriere den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Kompliment an diese tapfere Frau!

Cons:

Es gab keine Heizung, und das im Januar bei Minusgraden draußen und nahezu auch auf den Gängen. Wir mussten unsere Zimmer mit den Klimaanlagen beheizen. Die Klimaanlagen waren altersschwach, laut, verstaubt und wenig leistungsfähig. Mehrere Steckdosen waren kaputt. Die einzige greifbare Person war eine ukrainische Rezeptionistin, die kein Italienisch und nur wenig Englisch kann und per Übersetzungs-App mit uns kommunizierte. Der Manager des Hotels war nicht erreichbar. Wir werden uns beschweren und bei booking.com unser Geld zurückfordern.

Assolutamente niente

Cons:

Tutto. A partire dal gestore che pur essendo in un hotel in Italia non parlava una sola parola di italiano. Non parliamo poi della camera: riscaldamento guasto, condizionatore idem, solo una stufetta in pieno inverno con fuori -2. Bagno che allagava tutta la stanza, maniglia rotta e personale della struttura completamente assente e non capace di risolvere i problemi.

Posto per dormire che chi lavora fuori sede va benissimo
Pros:

Il prezzo era abbastanza conveniente per una notte per motivi di lavoro va pure bene

Cons:

Che c'era scritto compreso la colazione ma non ho trovato nessuno alla reception comunque va bene lo stesso per il prezzo che ho pagato.
