Muy buena localización y el personal muy atento

Cons:

Éramos 6 y nos dieron una única habitación y para 5 cuando habíamos reservado 1 habitación de 2 y otra habitación oara 4. Me dio la sensación de que le dieron la habitación a otras personas y nos metieron ahí porque era lo que les quedaba, ya que no estaba limpia. No me pareció bien porque además contábamos con 2 baños y solo tuvimos 1. Se lo dije al personal y nos rebajaron el precio como para 5 en vez de 6.

The manager tried to be helpful and was apologetic.

Cons:

Not as the photos. Through a maze of apartments to get there, dirty, old, loads of mosquitos and fleas, no water, tea coffee, very soft mattress, stinks of sewage. For the price it was an absolute rip off. I cancelled my stay after 1 night (I arrived very late so couldn't go elsewhere).

Hôtel basique simple. Personnel familial très chaleureux. Notre chambre était un peu humide. Ils nous ont permis de prendre une douche avant de prendre notre bus de nuit et garder nos bagages

Très satisfaite de notre séjour, personnels très accueillant, souriant, prévenant. Perfume, la gérante, très a l'écoute, elle nous a organiser notre sejour de 2 semaines, très bien organiser. On vous recommande cette adresse fortement si nous revenons on passera par elle. +++

Great location and value! When we arrived, they upgraded us to a bigger room so that we could have a private bathroom. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. The place was mostly clean, just a bit rough around the edges and some parts (like the toilet) were a bit worn and old.

Super emplacement géographique au cœur du vieux quartier d’Hanoi, très bon accueil et gentillesse du personnel qui est très serviable, petit déjeuner bon et copieux, facilité pour réserver nos transports vers Cat Ba et Nin Binh

Cons:

Chambres un peu vieillottes et humides avec peu ou pas de fenêtres donnant sur l’extérieur mais comme beaucoup d’établissements situés dans ce quartier certainement
