Séjour agréable malgré tout
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner, la terrasse, l’accueil et intérieur de l’hôtel magnifique

Cons:

Chambre attribuée au 1er étage avec vue sur un mur et climatiseur et un peu loin du centre historique

Pros:

What a fantastic stay in a hotel that loves its guests and staff that love their work, and it shows.
The hotel is gorgeous, but takes you in like you’re a friend coming for a stay.
The concierge is the best and friendliest I’ve ever had help me.
Congratulations to you all for an amazing property and an amazing reception.

Pros:

Der Standort ist grandios und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück mit der Aussicht ist einmalig. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Cons:

Keine Beanstandung, nur die Straßen von Neapel sind sehr mühsam zu fahren, der Verkehr ist hoch und die Motorradfahrer mit ihrer Fahrweise kaum auszuhalten

Sehr gut unterhaltenes Gebäude mit einem unglaublichen Blick auf Neapel von der Restaurant Terrasse

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas weit vom Zentrum entfernt, es gibt etwas grosse Unterschiede bei den Angestellten: einige sind unglaublich engagiert und andere wiederum etwas deorganisiert

hotel avec une histoire - personnel très prévenant et pensant à tout - confort de la chambre avec vue splendide sur la baie de Naples - Restaurant bistrot avec splendide vue panoramique - Petit déjeuner fantastique

service un peu désordonné du bistrot le soir.

peccato per questi punti negativi, perche la struttura é speciale e pulita, staff super gentile e competente.
Pros:

la terrazza all’ultimo piano e la sala colazione. per entrambe vista eccezionale. la colazione davvero super.

Cons:

il conto dell’aperitivo mi é stato addebitato due volte (su mia richiesta é stato stornato).
la luce intermittente sopra il letto dell’allarme antincendio é da denuncia, cosi come il quadro elettrico vicino alla porta d’ingresso illuminato fisso, senza possibilita di coprirlo (non ci sono porte tra corridoio e stanza).
La tenda é inadeguata a coprire la finestra, passava luce.
la camera non era ben insonorizzata, si sentivano la tv e i discorsi dei vicini per non parlare dei rumori delle macchine dalla strada.

A lovely base from which to enjoy five days in Naples and its surroundings.
Pros:

Location excellent. Breakfast was fine, despite the overly complicated menu.

Cons:

George Restaurant - Menu was way too pricey given the quality and presentation of the food. Wine prices extravagant, especially given sommelier recommended a glass of white wine @ €59!

В целом Отличный отель. Очень хорошее меню в ресторане, были на обед и ужин. Завтраки обалденные. Обслуживание тоже супер.
У нас был номер с красивым видом на море.

Cons:

Номер немного простой для 5*
Вместо приветственного вина ожидали просекко и какие-либо фрукты, как обычно бывает в других отелях 5*
