Questo è un hotel fraudolento! Se prenoti una camera deluxe con vista mare, potresti non ottenere la tipologia di stanza promessa al momento del check-in. Riesci a immaginare che la stanza prenotata passi da 35 metri quadrati a 25, che il bagno con vasca non abbia più la vasca, e che il doppio lavabo si riduca a un solo lavandino? E il personale della reception, insieme alla direttrice intervenuta appositamente per gestire la situazione, si rifiuta ostinatamente di ammettere l’errore, nega tutto con fermezza e rifiuta di correggere il problema—non è forse questo un hotel fraudolento?!

Excellent Stay at Grand Parker’s
Pros:

The room, the view, the restaurant.

Cons:

There was a problem regarding construction noise beginning on Monday morning but the reception desk staff (Agostino?) took care of it and moved us to a quiet room on a higher floor so that my husband could work in the evening and I could rest.

Der Aufenthalt war unvergesslich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.
