Concierge and Front Desk were very good.

Cons:

Food was good, service in the restaurant was terrible. We had to request basic things multiple times and even requesting a wine list required three requests and took 30 minutes.

Grand Hotel Parkers is the only place to stay when visiting Naples.
Pros:

A beautiful, well maintained property with excellent amenities. The concierge service is nothing short of exceptional. All the staff are welcoming and extremely helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast service has problems with order management.

завтрак отличный на терассе с изумительным видом

Cons:

бронировали номер с видом на море море было почти не видно лишь краешек и то если если сильно перегнуться через балкон

Очень хороший гостиница! В начале мы бронировали на день, потом продлевали так как нам понравилась гостиница! Я бронировал стандарт номер а мне сделали upgrade на 2 уровня, за что Спасибо гостиницу отдельно.
