Reception & house staff excellent

Cons:

Wait staff in restaurant very hit & miss. Some helpful other no so. Not the best location for us.

Doormen are exceptional and remember everyone by name
Pros:

Property is amazing and staff exceptional especially the doormen Gigi and Luigi we only stayed 1 night and came back for another night and they remembered our names and what we liked etc absolutely fantastic . Rooms are well equipped.

Cons:

Classic standard rooms very small and not enough space for luggage or more than 1 person especially in the bathroom and if you have more than 1 bags.

Exceptional Hotel highly recommend
Pros:

Staff very friendly especially the bell desk Men where nothing was too much trouble. My room was very big and spacious was a deluxe triple room where the sofa folds out to the size of a queen size bed. King bed in the bedroom and bathroom was massive.

Cons:

Prices were very high for minibar and food. Eg: soft drink $10euro for a 300ml bottle of soda

Its simply the best Naples can have! Max good! Breakfast is one of the best i had in my entire life! Amazing stay!
