Pros:

Der Aufenthalt war unvergesslich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel zurückkehren.

Das Frühstück war sowohl qualitativ als auch quantitativ ausgezeichnet, abwechslungsreich und auf hohem Niveau.

Concierge and Front Desk were very good.

Cons:

Food was good, service in the restaurant was terrible. We had to request basic things multiple times and even requesting a wine list required three requests and took 30 minutes.

Grand Hotel Parkers is the only place to stay when visiting Naples.
Pros:

A beautiful, well maintained property with excellent amenities. The concierge service is nothing short of exceptional. All the staff are welcoming and extremely helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast service has problems with order management.
