The hotel felt safe and clean, the beds were comfortable, nice A/C and staff was very friendly and helpful. I also was able to rent a car through the hotel, which was nice and free parking was included.
There was never hot water, unfortunately. This was a big bummer - hate taking cold showers and I think I was allergic to the sheets. Not their fault, of course. Merida is big, but walkable - I found I needed to take an uber sometimes if the walk was 30 minutes to somewhere. Happened often for food spots.
La ubicación, y la limpieza el internet muy bien
No dan toallas para alberca, me quedé 2 noches y la 2da noche no dejaron botellas de agua, fallo el agua caliente y. Hay mucho ruido que viene del estacionamiento y la iluminación es muy baja

La camera dava sulla strada con infissi che non chiudevano, lasciando un paio centimetri di apertura: traffico infinito, lavori in un cantiere di fronte all'hotel fino a tarda notte. Non è stato possibile cambiare stanza poiché, ci hanno detto, essere al completo. Notte infernale. Niente ascensore e la scala per salire ai piani è veramente stretta. Il tubo che reggeva il soffione della doccia si stava staccando. Nel fare la doccia l'acqua è uscita dalla piatto, arrivando in camere. Non hanno convenzione con bar nei pressi dell'albergo, pertanto non essendo prevista la colazione e non essendoci un bollitore in stanza, abbiamo dovuto girare per la cittadina per trovare qualche cosa di aperto.

Las almohadas son incómodas, y por estar muy céntrico hay ruido en las noches

La alberca estaba algo sucio
internet bueno, la cama y almohadas cómodas y excelente ubicación muy cerca de la plaza principal de merida. ideal para llegar a dormir despues de un paseo.
las habitaciones que dan a la avenida se escucha el ruido de los carros, el vidrio de los canceles es muy delgado y se escucha todo desde muy temprano, recomiendo una habitación con vista al interior.
la alberca es muy pequeña pero agradable.

Lo mejor del hotel es la amabilidad del personal. Los recepcionistas, las personas de limpieza, hasta el cuidador de coches. Muchas gracias a todos.
Me gusto la amplitud de la habitación. Es espaciosa. Y la parte de la piscina esta bien tambien. Todo lo demas es ... correcto. Pienso que el precio es superior al valor en general del hotel.
Por ejemplo, la habitacion no tenia ventanas, entraba luz natural pero estaban arriba y no las podia abrir. No habia secador de pelo, un basico, habia que pedirlo en recepcion y dejar un documento a cambio. O que no tienen toallas pequeñas, solo grandes y alfombras, me parece que es muy importante tener toallas pequeñas, un basico. Tampoco cafetera ni hervidor de agua, aunque me prestaron una muy amablemente en recepcion pero se caia a trozos.
Esta bien el hotel, es lo que se dice bueno-bonito y no tan barato ...

It is close to the main plaza, the bed was comfortable and the room was very large.
The walls were not clean, dirty towels. Located in a busy noisy street, not pretty at all.
