Pros:

Emplacement reculé très calme, belle vue sur l'océan, entouré de végétation.
Les lits sont très confortables, les chambres sont fraîches, super piscine et le personnel est tout simplement incroyable.

El hotel tiene un ambiente hermoso, tranquilo y perfecto para relajarse en medio de la naturaleza. Queremos destacar especialmente la excelente atención del personal, siempre muy amable, servicial y atento a cada detalle. Gracias a ellos nos sentimos muy bien atendidos durante toda la estancia.

La habitación fue cómoda y agradable, ideal para descansar y disfrutar de unos días de tranquilidad.

Como aspecto a mejorar, creemos que los desayunos podrían tener un poco más de variedad, especialmente para quienes se hospedan varios días, ya que con el tiempo las opciones pueden sentirse repetitivas.

Aun así, disfrutamos mucho nuestra estancia y agradecemos al equipo del hotel por su hospitalidad y gran servicio. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons:

Aunque el hotel tiene un estilo colonial encantador y en general se encuentra bien conservado, creemos que algunas habitaciones necesitan una renovación del mobiliario. La habitación tenía un olor bastante marcado, no solo a madera antigua, sino también proveniente de elementos como las cortinas, las sábanas y otros muebles, lo que hacía que el ambiente se sintiera algo cargado. Además, el colchón no resultó lo suficientemente cómodo para descansar plenamente durante la estancia. Consideramos que actualizar ciertos detalles mejoraría muchísimo la experiencia de los huéspedes.

Gut erreichbares Hotel mit schönem Ausblick
Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, gut ausgestattete große Zimmer mit Blick auf den Garten, schöner Pool, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Cons:

Leider liegt das Hotel nah an dem sehr befahrenen Inter American Highway und es ist dadurch recht laut, vor allem in den oberen Zimmern. Das Frühstück fällt eher bescheiden aus, was nicht zum Anspruch des Hauses passt.

Closest thing to paradise when the sun shines and the sound of howler monkey first thing

Stunning pool and rooms, lovely gardens and well presented breakfast, dinner was good too
Was a good touch to have a nespresso style coffee machine with pods supplied

Cons:

51 Spanish speaking channels and no English speaking channels or news channels without having to sign up to pay per view!!!! Not good !!

Although close to the main road which was handy for travelling to Uvita the hotel was peaceful, with beautiful gardens. We saw toucans hummingbirds and monkeys.
The restaurant has lovely sunset views and the menu was 100% gluten free. The breakfast buffet had gluten free pancakes , bread and muffins.

The pool area was small, but shady and perfect for a couple of hours relaxing after seeing the sights.

Hotel and location were both stunning - gorgeous forest location, immaculate grounds (including beautiful infinity pool), and room and facilities were spotlessly clean. The hotel had a lovely, out of the way feel - but was also only c.10mins drive from the Marino Ballena national park in one direction, and the Dominical surf beaches in the other. Staff were friendly and professional, restaurant food was delicious and completely gluten free (if a little pricey), and breakfast was fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend!
