De locatie en het personeel
De prijs kwaliteit verhouding, het is een groot hotel en we moesten de tuin door met grote koffers, daarnaast doet het hotel zich veel luxer voor dan het is de mensen zijn aardig en er zijn (dure) restaurants in het hotel maar basic faciliteiten als een minibar ontbreken en het zwembad zoals de tuin zijn klein er is nooit genoeg plek voor alle gasten.

Quite pricy and hard to navigate
There was a lot we liked about the hotel. The design was a real highlight, and it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into the overall concept and details. We particularly liked that our room was accessed through a gallery displaying museum pieces, which made the entrance feel unique and gave the stay an interesting sense of character.
The location was also good. It would have been nice to be a little more central, but the metro made it very easy to get around, and being slightly removed from the centre also gave us a nice break from the busier parts of the city.
The breakfast was another highlight, with a great range of options that we felt were well worth the extra cost. The pool was small but pleasant, and the coffee was good, although a little overpriced.
The studio we were given was very small, and looking back at the deluxe studios shown in the listing, it feels like the room we received didn’t really match what we were expecting.
There was also no table in the room, despite most of the pictures showing one. This made the kitchen feel quite impractical, as there was nowhere to sit and eat other than on the sofa.
There were no sheer curtains on the window either. As the room was on the ground floor, next to the pool/back entrance, we didn’t feel comfortable opening the blackout shutters, which meant the room felt quite dark during the day.
Overall, the studio was nice, but there was clearly a lack of refinement and attention to detail that I would have expected for the price and based on the pictures in the listing.
That said, if we had been given a room more similar to the deluxe studios shown in the pictures, we would definitely consider coming back. Unfortunately, the room we were given didn’t quite live up to that expectation.
The pool and poolside restaurant were lovely with great facilities. Every employee I encountered was kind and helpful. The bed was incredibly comfy and the AC worked well.
It was impossible for me to find my room after check-in, and when I got there I found it was a basement room and incredibly small in size. I don’t know how two people could stay there because it was nearly impossible to walk around to the other side of the bed. Additionally, I tried to use the WhatsApp concierge service to ask a question and it was not answered in a timely manner
Fab hotel, lovely room spaces, gorgeous facilities
Only fault was that the shower door didn’t close properly so water would get on the floor, very minor detail though.
Great facilities like a pool, gym, restaurant.
Beds way too soft, gives you back pain. Room service is minimal.
Chambre chaleureuse, propre et confortable, mais un peu étroite ou mal agencé avec tous ces meubles. Salle de bain au top !
