Pros:

De algemene sfeer en vibe zijn heel goed. Leuk publiek. Uitstekend ontbijt. Mooie inrichtig.

Cons:

Het hotel is verspreid over verschillende gebouwen met veel gangen, trappen en passages. Dit is in het begin niet zo heel duidelijk. Als je een zware koffer hebt moet je soms wel een aantal trappen doen om ergens te geraken.

We stayed in a studio room, it was a good size - bright, comfortable bed and the kitchen was well-equipped
Gym and pool facilities were good
All the staff were really friendly and helpful
Good location, minutes from bus stop for most major routes including to the airport, and also not far from the metro

Good stay
Pros:

Good stay. The staff were very nice and very helpful. The bathroom was not stocked up but I usually have my own toiletries so didnt ask for it. Kitchen is basic but workable. Nice property.

Cons:

Zimmer im Keller ohne ausreichend Tageslicht und Belüftung. Dies war aus der Anzeige bei Booking nicht ersichtlich. Angeblich kein anderes Zimmer verfügbar, trotz Beschwerde. Daher frühere Abreise als geplant. Leider nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

Verblijf in Lissabon
Pros:

Het hotel ligt goed t.o.v. het Parque Eduardo VII. De dichtbijzijnde metro is 5 minuten lopen. Een leuk rooftopterras is bij een hotel vlakbij in de buurt. Het ontbijt was voldoende. Er was muesli, veel groenten, een paar verschillende noten en gedroogd fruit. Veel brood en broodjes. En natuurlijk vlees en kaas. Er was ei, bacon, champignons en aardappelen.
Koffie uit 1 automaat, dus soms in de rij staan. Tweede kamer die we hadden was prima in orde met mooi uitzicht.

Cons:

We zaten eerst in kamers met uitzicht op een muur. Dat hebben we geprobeerd, maar we hadden iets anders geboekt. Dit hebben we laten weten aan de receptie. Ze hebben uiteindelijk meegedacht.
Er zijn een aantal medewerkers die het hotelleven in hun bloed hebben, maar ook medewerkers waar het lijkt dat het een vakantiebaan is, zonder de passie en het enthousiasme voor de gasten.

La decorazione bellissima, ha definitivamente uno stile
I ristoranti all’interno della struttura, incredibile.

Cons:

Almeno una bottiglia d’acqua mi aspetterei nella stanza anche a pagamento. E doverla pagare cash alla reception non mi è sembrato comodo.
