Important information:

The property is located in transit area(before immigration), Incheon International Airport in Terminal1. Transit Only (International flight -> incheon airport -> International flight) in 24 hours. Need information of arrival and departure flight to make the reservation. Please check with the airline if luggage will be transferred to the final destination or not. Guests cannot stay in the hotel once they pass the immigration in order to claim their luggage. Please note that maximum 4 rooms are available for a reservation. For more than 4 rooms, the room could not be assigned unless you contact the hotel in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I’d stay again
Pros:

Location is awesome and not hard to find.

Cons:

Not much food options nearby. A hit pot or coffee pot in the room would be nice.

ターミナル内にあるのでトランジットの方にとってはとにかく便利です☺️アメニティーも充実していて助かりました！

Cons:

トランジット用のホテルなので仕方ないですが、お部屋はかなりコンパクトです。
バスルームのドアの立て付けが悪く、最後まで閉まらなかったのが少し不便でした。

Confusing Trip
Pros:

The staff in Terminal 2 Transit Hotel were very helpful.

Cons:

We had booked Transit Hotel Terminal 1 however due to the time we arrived and the next days travel being from Terminal 2 we were unable to get access to the transport over to Terminal 1 therefore we had to pay again and stay in Terminal 2. The confusion at the airport with nil access to Terminal 1 to stay at the Transit Hotel. This has all changed since our last trip which made it very confusing. We have been advised to ask for a refund from Transit Hotel T1 as we paid again in T2

Room and bed are comfortable

Cons:

BE WARNED. Transit between Terminals 1 and 2 at Incheon airport are very restricted. That means if you arrive in Terminal 2 having booked the Transit hotel in Terminal 1 (because usually the Transit hotel in Terminal 2 is sold out, you WILL NOT be able to access the hotel until officially escorted there at 7pm. Booking.com doesn't tell you this. The transfer between terminals, even escorted takes forever. It's like going to North Korea. Do not ask me why this is the case. Staff could not explain.....

It was good
Pros:

Lage ist sehr schön, gut für Transit Passenger.

Cons:

Some of them at the Airport was so unfriendly, i just wanted to ask for some direction cause it was my first time in the country and they not helpful at all. Some of them keep speaking in Korean infront of you without answering your question. Thats unprofessional.

This is not a convenient transit hotel if you are flying international.
Pros:

Clean comfy bed

Cons:

The Transit hotel was in terminal 1 but I needed to fly out of terminal 2.
They made me sit in the lobby until 7:00 pm before walking for 1 hour thru security and two trains accompanied by a hotel staff member to get to the transit hotel in terminal 1. Exhausting!
