Hotel maravilhoso para quem pretende esquiar em Furano.
Pros:

Um dos melhores cafés da manhã que já comi no Japão. Tem sashimi à vontade e tudo é feito com muito cuidado e capricho. Para quem vai esquiar, o hotel é perto de parada de ônibus que leva para estação de Furano. Durante as manhãs fornecem tipo um "yakult" à vontade que é bom após a onsen. Durante a noite servem picolés de diversos sabores. As onsens são muito bem cuidadas e bonitas.

Cons:

O quarto era com duas camas de solteiro e fiquei com um amigo, a única questão é que o quarto é muito muito pequeno, pareceu até menor que nas fotos, mas isso é meio padrão no japão, as coisas são muito compactas.

駅近。立地良し。
Pros:

駅やレストラン、コンビニなどから近い。トイレが個室。朝ごはんが美味しい。

Cons:

大きめのスーツケース2つは開けられなかったです。スキーウェアなどをかわかすために干すフックやポールなどがもっとあれば良かったです。

Wonderful facility, operated by people who don’t understand customer service
Pros:

The onsen is to die for. Absolutely beautiful.

Cons:

The front desk and driveway staff were bordering on zombies. The driveway guardian didn’t like us unpacking our baggage and what it is to drive to the parking lot 100 m away and carry our baggage from there. Totally moronic attitude to checking Guests in. I’ve never seen anything quite so bizarre.

The front desk staff were unable to accommodate a request to move from a room with two single beds into a room with one double bed even though they had plenty of double bed rooms which were in the same category and in the same price bracket. It was just too hard for them.

Pros:

Friendly staff, great rooms and the onsens were fantastic (single sex areas had outdoor parts and then option for private onsen was super special!)
