Amazing onsen hotel in great central location
Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff - lady on breakfast reception was very nice and receptionist from Nepal. Onsen is amazing, great views and very relaxing being outside. Breakfast is a fantastic spread with lots of Japanese options. Lots of free extras make for a special stay.

I'm glad I chose this hotel.
Pros:

There are good dinner places nearby. Liked the private onsen rooms and the ramen supper. Guests could have free icecream after our onsen. The staff are generally attentive too. The surrounding is nice and quiet.

Cons:

Wished there were good breakfast places around and do not have to rely on hotel breakfast.

Very expensive but great facilities
Pros:

Fantastic breakfast buffet, great facilities such as private onsens and massage chairs.
Convenient location next to train/bus station.

Cons:

Very expensive but limited number of hotels in downtown Furano probably means less competition and higher prices.
Was shocked to be told at check-in "no cleaning". You had to pay extra to get your room cleaned on top of an expensive room rate. I never get my room cleaned when I travel but to charge extra for it is obscene. Have never encountered this weird policy anywhere else in the world !
Pillows were awful. You can ask for a softer one at reception but still not the quality you would expect at a 4 star hotel.

It is my best stay experience amongst my many trips to Furano City

It probably offers the best service and facilities in Furano City

I have been a couple of times to Furano and stayed at different host houses, airbnbs and hotels. This time I am bringing my elderly family members there and decided to stay at La Vista by Dormy Inn, and chose their superior twin room.

The room is spacious and comfortable. View is spectular. Amenities are sufficient and the shower is superb.

The 9th floor is an area not to be miss where you can find all the best things there. Not to miss also the rooftop view of the mountain which is stunning. The in room monitoring system by the TV monitoring the crowdiness of the bath, the laundry, the dining place for breakfast gave us super easiness to plan our activities. The hardware of the hotel is nothing to complain, breakfast is good, ice cream, library, massage chair, late night ramen, laundry, onsen all good. The staff speaks good English when we check in and parking guidance is easy and close to the hotel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Cons:

They however have quite a lot of tour groups during our stay, not to complain but onsen and bath etiquette may not be followed as expected. Bath and Onsen area is nice but when tour groups are there, crowdiness is nothing compared with the noise, loud chatters and disregard of bathing etiquette which raises hygienic issues and causes nuisance to other users. I like the onsen a lot but the noise and inconsiderate by other people makes me reluctant to stay in the onsen.

值得下次再回來體驗
Pros:

早餐很棒,我食用了很新鮮的生魚片還有很棒的日式餐點,包含甜點.
消夜的拉麵也很簡單,味道非常好.
泡湯的選擇很多,還有個人湯屋,泡湯後的養樂多與冰棒也很貼心.
以上都是免費,CP值很好,下次應該早點入住,享受飯店的設施.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The service was excellent. The staff at the entrance were very welcoming and attentive to our needs. They helped us unload our luggage and directed my husband to the parking area.
Complimentary drinks were available in the lobby, along with free ramen at night, although I did not have the opportunity to try either. Free ice cream was also available in the reading room.
The onsen was wonderful. I had the opportunity to enjoy both the main onsen and the private onsen for couples. The hotel also has a laundry room, where the washing machines are free to use, although there is a charge for the dryers.

Cons:

The staff member who assisted me during check-in was not particularly pleasant. The room was also rather small, and there was hardly any walking space once we had opened our luggages. Though small, the layout was great and I found it cosy.
