Love the hotel, staff and location are the best
Pros:

Staff was the best. I bought a whole melon from nearby mart and the lady staff working at the reception counter at night shift on 27th May 2026 cut the melon perfectly for me. I think her name is Ikami, hope I got it right. :) Hotel facilities are the best, free private hot spring bath, free washing machine, dryer only 100yen for 20mins, free ramen from 10-11pm, free ice cream, free yogurt drinks, massage chairs... location perferct as there are restaurants, cafes and mart nearby, all within walking distance.

We would come back again for a relaxing trip
Pros:

great amenities especially the hot spring bath, complimentary probiotic drink, ramen. Great breakfast with many varieties for selection. Close location to train station.

可能是我捡漏了，那天住得很便宜，超划算

Convenient place to stay in Furano with a fabulous relaxing onsen.
Pros:

The choice of 3 private onsens is fabulous. They are on the 9th floor and the view from them is fantastic.

Cons:

The rooms were so small we could open our suitcases in the floor.

Overall, love ❤️ this hotel with great onsen.
Pros:

Great Onsen. There is even 3 different types of private onsen. I was like OMG. First time seeing private onsen in a hotel. But once it is occupied, people will queue outside where this is a chair for them to wait for the others to come out.

Cons:

Need to self check-in so it took a bit of time but there were front desk to help out. I prefer a direct check-in with the front desk where the customer experience is better.
