Very good location
Not the hotel but Furano town quite a quiet town
We absolutely love the well-maintained onsen, we went to both private and public ones and they were lovely, we eventually went back to the public one more, it was a large space, showering stalls felt private so it wasn't awkward. Lots of complimentary stuff at the hotel, it's yakult in the morning outside onsen room in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon, made my kids very happy. Complimentary coffee and minute maid orange juice at the lobby, would be great if there's complimentary sake too. Complimentary half ramen at night.
Washing machines are free to use, you just have to pay for the dryer.
Bed size was so small, I booked the Hollywood room and they mentioned its 2 single beds pushed together, I was thinking 2 120cm beds(as other hotels we booked uses single beds too but they were 120cm) and that'd be fine for our family of 4, unfortunately it turned out to be 90cm beds, we hardly have space to sleep on the bed, they should put a king size mattress topper so the connecting part is not painful to sleep on.
One thing to take note - there is no on-site parking, it was a 2 min walk away which was fine, except that its a small area, if you drive out in the evenings its likely you'd not get a spot later when you return. The staff will guide you to another parking space, and you'll take their car back to the hotel.

今回の旅行が退職記念旅行だった為、お祝いにラベンダーの石鹸と栞を頂きました
チァツクイン時間より、早く到着してしまいましたが、チァツクインの時間を少し早めて対応して頂き助かりました
支配人を始め、スタッフの若い皆さんが笑顔で対応してくれ、とても居心地が良かったです
ホテル側の事ではありませんが、海外の方が多く宿泊されており、お風呂で声が大きく煩かった事、使った物をそのままで元に戻さない事等、気になりました
駅近で動きやすく、温泉あり、温泉後の飲料や夜鳴きそばもあり、チェックアウト時間も遅く、ゆったりと過ごせました。
特にありませんが、忙しい時期でうっかりだったのでしょうが、部屋内の前の人のゴミがそのままだった事が少し残念でした。
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and tidy. Free ramen at night, and free ice cream after onsen which is just awesome! Also have private onsen (but need to queue)
Nothing that I don’t love about the property
Good location, nice spacious room, clean onsen, massage chairs, free amenities such as ice cream, ramen, and yokult.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient too - a carpark just a building away, a 7/11 about 4 minutes on foot, and several restaurants within easy walking distance.
The bath facilities were a real highlight. There are 3 private bath rooms of different sizes (first come, first served - you can check availability from the TV in your room), plus regular bath house split by gender. We managed to try all 3 private rooms and they were all great. Everything you need is provided: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, toner, and moisturiser, plus good quality hair dryers. After the bath, you can grab a free ice block and they offer a variety of flavours.
Free ramen was served every night at 10pm and it was genuinely delicious.
The location is also great if you enjoy local produce: there's a winery nearby, and the hotel gives you a voucher for a free bottle of wine (choice of red, white, or a third option). There's also a cheese factory close by with an attached pizza place and an ice cream shop with unusual flavours like asparagus.
Highly recommend for anyone who wants a relaxing stay with a bit of local flavour built right in.
There was a slight smell from the bathroom but once we closed the door it was fine.
The facility near station can walk to station. Onsen you can use reserved onsen with your family without booking.
The bed was hard to sleep
Great hotel in Furano within walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, etc. We were based here to explore Furano’s lavender fields. Onsen is great. Staff very friendly. Our room with 2x 2 rooms and 4 single beds was spacious.
Nothing.
住了兩天，感覺非常好，房間舒適，溫泉設施充足。晚上亦有免費拉麵提供。如果落雨天，酒店門口有免費雨傘借用非常方便。
自駕遊比較方便，如果不是可能酒店位置比較偏遠。

大浴場は全体的に少し狭かったですが、清潔で露天風呂も楽しめました。
洗面台もきれいで、ドライヤーも使いやすく、鏡が大きくて良かったです。
客室も程よい広さで、清潔で快適に過ごせました。
朝食も美味しかったです。
駐車場の場所が第3駐車場、第4駐車場と色々変更がありました。
一度停めた駐車場が確定ではなく、チェックインしてから、外出のため車を移動すれば、また再度新しい駐車場を確認しなければいけませんでした。
予め、車移動したら駐車場が変わることを教えて欲しかったです。
大浴場很好，休息區有免費按摩椅提供。
宵夜提供的拉麵，供應時間較短，而且員工數量不足，製作時間太長，需要客人等候時間過長。
