The hospitality at the hotel was excellent
Pros:

It offered many comforts, complimentary coffee & tea, complimentary massage chairs and lounge space and use of the onsens

Great hotel with onsen and delicious breakfast
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. They had a wide spread of selections. Love that there was fresh sashimi. Its nice that they offer Ramen at 10pm. But never got to try it. Maybe serve it at the restaurant for dinner instead of pasta. Cause we end up eating ramen for dinner elsewhere.

Our bedroom was very spacious. Opted for the bigger room even though it was just the 2 of us.
Onsen and massage chair is a must after riding. But can get very busy during peak times.

Cons:

Parking is small in the back of hotel so had to park at a different parking lot a couple of times.
The smoking room is in the same area as the relaxation area so when they open the door you can smell the smoke.
Restaurant for dinner has Western food. Wish they would have Japanese set meals like teishoku. We can eat pasta back home. So we end up eating else where nearby for dinner.

Oasis in the cold with polite staff, good food, and relaxing Onsen.
Pros:

I absolutely loved the breakfast, the service was exceptional, and the staff were patient with my lack of Japanese speaking skills.

Cons:

The Onsen was phenomenal,
Relaxing and perfect end to each day! I missed using it during the day…

Nice onsen hotel for skiers In Furano
Pros:

Modern clean and efficient hotel with excellent rooftop onsen and nice breakfast buffet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Need a choice of pillow.
