Breakfast is good (set meal of your preference). Rooms are clean even if they are quite old. Aircon is fully functioning. Pool is nice. Very peaceful during our stay. Staff are very helpful.
There were a few flies (huge ones) in the lobby/restaurant area so they placed candles to shoo them away. I think this is a usual problem in Bataan.
Well maintained site.
Staff accused my family of stealing a teaspoon. We provided a timestamp video where the spoon was visible. The room check seems like a scam. They at first wanted 2000 peso for this spoon. In the end my family paid 100 peso. The family member are police officers, security chief for a resort and a school teacher. Ruined the birthday party for my niece.
Loved that it was by the highway, only 10 mins from the town centre.
7/11 was available right across the road.
Staff were all very accommodating and pleasant!
The water heater needed to be restarted every other time we wanted to shower.
The pool is big so it would be great if they could look into adding more sun loungers to accommodate more guests.

The location is easy to find and the view was nice, the bed was comfy, the space and the lobby staff were friendly..
In the morning, the staff cleaning the rooms were too loud. The day light goes in the room too like its saying to get up from the bed. The shower heater wasnt also that hot.
Though we didn’t use it, the pool looked beautiful, and Gerry’s Grill next door was good.
The room was old and small (especially for the price). Everything was outdated in the room. For example, who still uses actual keys for hotel rooms? Everything was unpainted and scuffed or scratched.
Three times within 24 hours we had to get staff to start the hot water in the shower (which was old and didn’t have a door).
The hotel staff didn’t come make the beds or clean the room, nor did they leave fresh towels or water.
The staff at least were kind and the breakfast was halfway decent.
I can’t believe this hotel received over four stars… it only deserves one star!

Pool needs more attention, it was ok but can be cleaner (some insects floating in the water) but love the size of the pool, its deep tho 😅 5ft instantly after the stairs. Would be nicer to have a 4ft deep area. Apart from that great hotel!
I love that it's close to my parents house, it's a good quality and well maintained property. It got a decent size swimming pool. It was by chance that I saw it,,, they're not big on marketing.
I also love that I got direct access to Gerry's grill if I crave any Filipino dishes and is lazy to go out.
The staff are all friendly and accommodating! Particularly, Alyssa, Jovelle and Stephanie. I'll keep on coming back and for sure will recommend to anyone who will ask.
I wish there's a gym. The ventilation in the dining area where breakfast is served needs improvement. Food's great but you'll definitely smell delicious once you step in there.
