Un personnel adorable, de belles chambres vue sur le cloître avec balcon privatif et très bon restaurant
Séjour parfait
Un site exceptionnel , nous avions l’impression de vivre à une autre époque , mais malheureusement nous y sommes restés qu’une nuit . Expérience à revivre plusieurs jours . Nous étions un groupe de 13 personnes et tous ont appréciés .
The hotel was unlike any other hotel we have stayed in before. The 15th Century former monastery has been tastefully converted to a luxury hotel with outstanding quality staff and service.

Es ist ein sehr tolles altes Kloster mit einem tollen Charme. Es ist auf den neuesten Stand der Technik saniert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent. Es ist eine wunderbare Location auch für größere Feiern in einem besonderen Ambiente
It’s a gorgeous property. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the gorgeous courtyard and since we were there over the weekend, they had several events going on. Two different birthday parties and a baptism I think but we never really heard much from our room. At least it didn’t bother us. It was fun to see how the Italians celebrate such occasions. They were all dressed beautifully. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal!

O café da manhã era ótimo, com uma boa variedade de frutas e pães. O hotel é um antigo mosteiro com instalações amplas. Muito agradável o lugar. Silencioso com pouco quartos dado o tamanho do lugar. Valeu muito a pena experiência. Única ressalva é a falta de estacionamento próprio mas a localização numa rua bem tranquila não foi um problema.

O hotel é lindo, estrutura impressionante, super organizado. Funcionarios sao extremamente solicitos, e acho que até demais, pois tira um pouco a sua liberdade, pois sempre estao “ali” atentos, perguntando se voce precisa de alguma coisa, se gostou, etc, etc… A agua quente nao funcionou na primeira noite, mas depois ficou ok. Tv nao era smart, apenas cabo, com canais bem antigos. Amei o hotel, mas realmente nao sei se voltaria a ficar, pois tudo o que eu queria fazer estava na parte histórica, e o hotel estava ha 15 minutos de carro dali. Mas sao detalhes, no geral, eu recomendo a experiência em se hospedar em um lugar assim.

Stay elsewhere in Lecce. The property is beautiful, however that's it. Don't waste your money with breakfast, food is old, not refilled and the same boring basic food each day.
Not a four star hotel. In our room with four people only two towels were left. We had an issue whereby the hotel was informed about a gluten intolerance months in advance, disappointingly the breakfast lady said she was not informed at all, however front desk said she was. The breakfast available was dismal, however full payment for three days were made. When we discussed this with the front desk, we were informed to send an email so they could get better! Not what you want or expect from a 4 star hotel!

The service is exceptional, from reception to dining! The rooms are very beautiful and unique with the tall cathedral like ceilings, everything you could need and really lovely ammenities! The entire place is is elegant and lovely, fun to explore. We had lunch at the restaurant and it is was divine!
The only drawback is the distance from the old town, a cab is 15euro each way. Since it is off season there is no shuttle. However the hotel kindly arranged the cabs for us so made it very easy and we only had one day so one trip into Lecce. Absolutely worth the distance to stay in this masterpiece of a property filled with so much history!
