Just because it was cheap.
Pros:

It was in front of Aeon. And it has a lift.

Cons:

The iron was a mere ghost nowhere to be seen. Room too small for two queen beds. Toilet was tooo close for comfort. No TV function. The bed was made like a log, harder the my grandma's chopping board.
