The door pass code takes a few tries and the WiFi wasn't explained, I found the box in the end by the main door to get the password, maybe try leaving a poster is the rooms?

Zuerst einmal war es sehr problematisch die Unterkunft zu finden. In der Buchung war leider nur die Straße hinterlegt ohne Hausnummer. Nach 30 Minuten suchen und mit Hilfe eines Nachbarn haben wir dann die Unterkunft gefunden.
Dann das nächste Problem. Wie kommen wir in die Unterkunft... Der Code, der in der Buchung hinterlegt war, funktionierte nicht. Der Vermieter, dem ich schon eine Woche vor Ankunft eine Mail mit unserer Ankunftszeit geschickt hatte, reagierte weder auf die Mail noch auf Anrufe als wir vor Ort waren.
Mit etwas Glück haben wir es dann ins Haus geschafft, sodass wir erstmal unser Gepäck unterbringen konnten. Zugang zum Zimmer hatten wir allerdings noch nicht, ein weiterer Code war notwendig.
Am Abend konnte ich den Vermieter dann endlich erreichen. Nach viel hin und her hat der Vermieter dann endlich die notwendigen Codes gesendet. Endlich konnten wir unser Zimmer beziehen und uns frisch machen.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und zweckmäßig. Mehr aber auch nicht. Die Betten sind sehr weich, für ein bis zwei Nächte jedoch ausreichend. Das Bad teilt man sich mit allen Hausbewohnern. Das Wasser aus der Dusche riecht extrem nach Chlor.
Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist sehr verwahrlost und benötigt dringend Pflege. Optisch absolut nicht einladend.

Fazit: Wer nur zum Schlafen eine Unterkunft sucht, wird hier fündig. Ich werde diese Unterkunft kein zweites Mal buchen.

Le wifi qui ne donnait pas accès à internet même connecté, je n’ai rien compris et j’ai pu faire avec mon forfait, ma fille aussi. Mais j’aurai préféré un wifi standard performant.

There was no WIFI I did report to owner was promised it will be sorted. But it was an empty promis. I was informed by other staying at the property that the WIFI is a continous problem and when working it is very week. The garden was in a very bad state and you could not use it. The tolet light does not work. There is no fans in the rooms and the room is very hot ( room 4) you had to leave the windows open and Waterfall Rd is very busy so very noice.The bathroom is not cleaned every day and it been a shared bathroom this a little of a problem.

Very warm evening. Could do with a fan in room as windows are on latches and you cannot fully open them.
