My stay was for 6 days and I found Nexus hotel good for money and for those who wish to peaceful and happy stay.
Pros:

Cleanliness, behaviour of Hotel staff and pure home type veg food served during stay.

Cons:

Nothing notice like uncomfortable or within Nexus hotel.

Pros:

charges for accomodation is very good according to location. staffs were very polite. They had provided milk for my kid even in night 1 AM although maintenance was going on in kitchen. Rooms are spacious and clean. Not like any other hotels at such a prime location.

Not guest friendly. Foreigners must avoid booking this hotel
Pros:

The location was OK as it is near the main road.

Cons:

At the time of arrival, we were informed that our Booking.com reservation could not be honored. The hotel staff insisted that we cancel the booking and pressured us to make a manual booking directly with them, which is highly unprofessional and against standard booking practices.
Subsequently, they informed us that they do not possess a C-Form and therefore cannot legally accommodate foreign guests. However, contradictorily, they proposed that if we paid an additional INR 700 per person per night, the absence of a C-Form would “no longer be a problem.” This demand strongly suggests an unethical and unlawful practice. I have documentary and verbal evidence to support this claim.
Additional serious issues observed during the stay include:
Lift safety and misrepresentation:
The elevator is marked as having a capacity of 4 persons, yet it can physically accommodate only 3 adults at most. It is the smallest hotel lift I have ever encountered, raising both safety and false-advertising concerns.
Misleading “buffet breakfast”:
One morning we paid for what was advertised as a buffet breakfast, but only four basic items were available. The actual value of this breakfast was no more than INR 100, yet we were charged INR 220, which is unjustified and misleading.
Bathroom facilities issues:
Hot water was not functioning properly.
Water flow was extremely slow, making normal use inconvenient.
False room classification:
One of the rooms was advertised and charged as a “suite”, but its size and facilities were nowhere near the standard or definition of a suite, amounting to clear misrepresentation.
Given the above points, this property demonstrates systematic misinformation, poor service quality, and unethical conduct. I expect appropriate action, including investigation, corrective measures, and compensation as deemed appropriate.

Unsafe and Fraud Hotel
Pros:

All the images and rating provided are fake here. I had booked a suite room 315 in this hotel but I had to leave the hotel because of no staffs and coordination. They called the police but when there was no guilt found they left. There was only 1 staff who was security guard and he was the only staff to provide all the services.

My paid amount was not returned as there is no refund policy. This hotel is a trap

Pros:

No basic arrangements were there, landline not working, bedding was dirty, pillow not available, staff were not cooperating, no breakfast provided however they charged approx 1600/- for two, untrained ground staff
