Pathetic, stay very bad rooms, very unhygienic

Cons:

The room was very dirty, unhygienic, and very small. There were long hairs and dirt under the bed and look like the cleaning was not done under the bed since a long time. There were dust minds, and while stepping it was itching the whole night, very bad experience, no value of money, third class would be the understatement

Spacious and clean room but otherwise lacking basic hotel features.

The suite was spacious and clean.

Cons:

We were very surprised to see that the very basic things that are provided by a hotel were not there.
There was only a small hand soap and small sachet of shampoo. No shower gels or bathing soap was provided in the room. We called for an iron but turns out the hotel did not have a single iron stocked up.
We stayed there 3 nights. Despite requesting for cleaning / housekeeping, there was NO cleaning done at all.
When we checked out, the hotel charged us for water bottles. We told them they were to provide water bottles daily, and then they adjusted the water bill accordingly.
Guests also have to update the room key/access card once every 24 hours.
Having stayed at many hotels, we found this one way behind and lacking most basic services/amenities.
