The thing for me was cleanliness which let it down a little, the bedding and sheets were very fresh and clear however I did find nail clippings at the side of the bed, so the sweeper must have missed them, also the bedroom walls were white but had a lot of dirty marks on them just a simple clean would have sorted out these small issues, would I stay again, yes of course I would

Pokój, który zarezerwowaliśmy, nie był dostępny. Chcieli nam dać mniejszy, o gorszym standardzie, ale byliśmy asertywni i w końcu dostaliśmy inny, większy. Pokój raczej nie zachwycił wystrojem. Łóżka niewygodne - w jednym materac się trochę zapadał, w drugim sprężyny wbijały się w plecy. Armatura w kabinie prysznicowej dość zdezelowana, mydło w płynie było tylko przy umywalce i nie dało się go przenieść pod prysznic. Na 1. piętrze jest restauracja - bardzo fajnie, tylko że na piętrze nad restauracją zapachy kuchenne są bardzo odczuwalne (na szczęście byliśmy zakwaterowani piętro wyżej - ale tu z kolei trzeba przestrzec, że windy nie ma). Przepaloną żarówkę w pokoju wymieniono nam po 2 godzinach od zgłoszenia.

Après avoir roulé 4h, nous arrivons à Teiuş, aucune indication sur la face pour accéder à l’accueil de l’hôtel qui est finalement le comptoir de leur restaurant.
Nous somme accueilli de façon surprise comme si nous ne devrions pas être la puis après nous avoir laisser dans cette incompréhension un petit moment, on nous explique que ce soir aura lieu une grande fête d’anniversaire au sein du restaurant pendant toutes la nuit.
Nous n’avons du tout été prévenu de cela au préalable, je trouve ça choquant que l’on laisse ouvert son hôtel alors qu’il y sera impossible d’y dormir, cela ne respecte aucunement les règles booking de confort et bien etre de ses clients.
Nous n’avons bien sûr pas pu fermer l’œil de la nuit avec le son extrêmement fort, cela faisait vibrer les murs de l’hôtel et les gens dans la rue faisait beaucoup de bruit.
Le lendemain après avoir dormi 1h, personne ne nous calcul à part un serveur qui nous prend les clés à la volée sans bonjour ni excuse.
Malgré mes tentatives de contact avec la manager de l’hôtel, elle ne m’a jamais répondu.
J’ai donc lancé une plainte au sein de booking.

De plus, l’appartement est très poussiéreux avec des équipements endommagés.

Pungent smell of smoke inside the room, coming from all the surrounding rooms, where everybody was smoking. The furniture was derelict. Same with the bathroom: the shower bath was broken, with faucets missing. The door was berely closing, with signs of breaking and entering. Some of the light bulbs (or switches) were not working.
We had two rooms. The other one was the same.

Its no hotel, they don't even have a reception area. The initial entrance was through a restaurant, but now its a backdoor that goes directly up to a service stair, stinking of stale food and harsh chemicals.
The room had no carpets, no bedside lamps, one bulb out of three working on walls, furniture was child sized and the cheapest possible, also pretty sparse. Linen looked clean but was slept in, not freshly changed. The bathroom was beyond disgusting, and the toilet cover was "secured" with a dirty shoe-string and leaking in the back so evacuation was partly on the floor. The shower cabin was old, dirty, moldy and haven't been used in years - which was logical since the controls had punch holes in it.
To add insult to injury, walls were paper thin, so you could hear people breathing, and some of them were loudly snoring. When awake the neighbors were incessantly smoking on the "balcony" which was so close that we ended up reeking of cigarettes (no, shower was not an option). It was too late to change venue so we slept fully dressed and left at first light. If this was a prison, human rights activists would have had it closed down. I'd say it shouldn't have been authorised to function, but guess what ? It wasn't. It proudly said so in a notice ever the door. How on Earth was this even allowed on booking ?
