Luxury hotel in heart of Hoi An
Pros:

The hotel has a great location and is close walking distance to all the sights in the Ancient Town. The staff were all very friendly and very attentive. The included foot massage and free appetizer tray at the restaurant was a nice bonus. I would definitely stay here again!

Cons:

The only thing I would mention is that we found the bed to be a little firmer than what we would normally like. It was, however, comfortable and we had a great night's sleep.

Great stay in ancient town
Pros:

From the point of check-in to checkout, the experience at this property has been great. The receptionist, Vy, welcomed us warmly. The room was comfortable and clean, and there was a good spread at the breakfast buffet.

Exceptional hotel with large beautiful rooms .
Pros:

This is an amazing beautiful hotel with great staff. We paid for one of the larger rooms which was exceptional. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had. Good quiet location near the night market and close to Old Quarter. It was nice to be out of the madness of the old quarter!

Pros:

Lovely hotel with a boutique feel, great pool area and staff were lovely too. The breakfast was extensive and had coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

The gym was very small, only one or two people could use it at the same time.
