The location was perfect, the food great, the facilities beautiful and the staff exceptional. Special thanks to Liz Duong for her amazing hospitality and very high service standards. She went out of her way to arrange things for us despite it being a busy period for the hotel.

We loved our stay at the Signature Hoi An. The staff were so lovely and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. It was in a great location, close enough to walk to everything but far enough away from the noise.
The only criticism I could think of, is they didn’t have any where to hang our towels.
Perfect location right at the end of the river, so, far enough away from the noise, but close enough to get to everywhere you'd want to go by foot. Hotel was very pretty, spotlessly clean and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner was fabulous and the cocktails and overall service was great! Our room was pretty big and the shower was fabulous! We would absolutely stay here again!

Haboo at the front office was amazing.

Wish there was a full length mirror as I tailored many clothes in hoi an but had no way of checking the fits as there wasnt a big mirror. But its a minor thing compared to how amazing the hotel is.
The location is great. Right near the old town but still quiet. We could walk everywhere. The staff were excellent especially Huy

Great location right by the old town, but just far enough that you feel tucked away once inside/at the pool. Great facilities, breakfast was excellent and buffet items changed daily to provide variety if you’re staying more than one or two days.

Our stay at the Signature Hoi An was lovely. The hotel is located in a convenient spot and all of the hotel staff were very kind, attentive, and helpful. They were able to arrange activities for us. The rooms were large and clean.
