We will definitely be back. The front desk especially Nguyen and the ladies Liz & Vy did excellent.

Great location - 4 minute walk from old city , river and pubs and restaurants. Great facilities including a lovely pool to cool off after the heat of the day. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Definitely a fantastic place to stay in Hoi An

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Signature Hoi An Hotel. The location is perfect – close enough to the Old Town to explore easily, yet peaceful and quiet at night. It made travelling with our little one very comfortable and convenient.
The staff were outstanding – always smiling, helpful, and genuinely caring. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcomed and valued. Their hospitality truly stands out.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. The beds were super comfortable, and everything felt fresh and well looked after. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day.
The food was delicious, especially the breakfast – great variety and very fresh. There were plenty of options for both adults and kids.
Overall, this hotel offers amazing service, comfort, and value. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An!gnature hoi an. Staff
