Very clean
Very friendly staff
Highly recommend staying here
We booked 1 night on booking.com and decided to stay another night. Will be back to visit again
Hotel, room and everything about there is superb.. just could have done woth firmer pillows 😉
Location and comfortable facilities
location is perfect literally above the harbour . I only stayed for one night as I was working there and just had a small little room and single bed but that said was great value for money . Shower was great one of those big rain water head things . Had breakfast in the morning and was spot on really tasty
having to go to work 😩
Excellent location, very good breakfast.
Location was perfect, no better place in town (especially if you arrive by car as there is on-site parking). Breakfast was superb and staff were very friendly.
Very good
Nothing
It was a cold and stormy night with sideways rain - outside. Inside, it was warm, cosy and friendly. The room was comfortable. bathroom was really stylishly decorated with a new shower (to the casual eye) and the bar area welcoming. Breakfast excellent. My wife had a superbly cooked full English and I had poached eggs and salmon, one of the best I have ever tasted.
My only tiny gripe was the cost. £109 for January? Is that worthy of a gripe? Probably not.
Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, very comfortable bed, great location
Nothing
Quirky good location and helpful pleasant staff
I was lucky with the parking but its pot luck
Location, breakfast and staff. Very comfortable mattress and pillows.
Parking arrangements are chaotic. Woodlice crawling on the bed linen. Shabby 1980's style net curtains and very small room.
Easy to find, parking on site. Location perfect. Was upgraded. Plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. Spotlessly clean. Lovely food and staff.
Matress was too firm for me. Radiator noise all night even though I turned mine off. Luckily I'd brought ear plugs.
Iconic building in a great location, very reasonably priced, clean, friendly staff and delicious food. Couldn’t ask for any more
Absolutely nothing
Clean & friendly hotel.
All was good
From the time we got to the hotel to the time we left we felt welcomed. Friendly staff and the food in the restaurant was superb.
Having to leave! Went too quickly.
El personal era muy simpático y servicial, la habitación estaba perfecta.
Amazing
Leaving
Staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The breakfasts were amazing. The music room was clean and comfortable. Can't wait to return.
Everything was perfect. Nothing to dislike.
