Le jeune avec les lunettes est tres gentille celuis qui nous accompagne a la porte
Très mauvaise expérience, personnel très désagréable
Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel, principalement à cause de l’accueil du personnel.
À notre arrivée le soir, la personne à la réception nous a affirmé qu’il n’y avait plus de chambres disponibles. Elle nous a également reproché d’avoir effectué une réservation pour le 10 août alors que nous souhaitions séjourner le 3 août. Pourtant, nous avons ensuite pu réserver une chambre via Booking.com, ce qui nous a fait douter fortement de la véracité des informations qui nous avaient été données.
Par la suite, nous avons trouvé les femmes présentes à l’accueil particulièrement désagréables et peu accueillantes. Leur attitude a vraiment rendu notre arrivée et notre séjour désagréables.
La seule personne qui a été agréable avec nous était le jeune homme avec des lunettes qui s’occupait de la porte. Nous tenons d’ailleurs à souligner sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme, contrairement au reste de l’équipe que nous avons rencontrée.
C’est vraiment dommage, car l’accueil et le comportement du personnel jouent énormément dans l’expérience d’un hôtel. Nous espérons que la direction prendra ces remarques en considération.

La vue est magnifique.
Très bonne pression de l'eau pour douches et bains.
Épicerie en bas de l'hôtel.
Plage à quelques pas.
Murs de la chambre assez vétustes et rouille dans la salle de bain.
Petit déjeuner trop industriel, on retrouve les mêmes gâteaux à l'épicerie à côté de l'hôtel.
Pour les familles, attention aux animations musicales à proximité jusqu'à 11.30pm assez fortes.
Les boissons dans le frigo de la chambre ne sont pas offertes mais bien facturées à la fin du séjour.
Attention au service linge, les couleurs sont partis au lavage!

The breakfast options were fantastic.
The shower and toilet were not separated. The shower was literally next to the toilet so the whole floor got wet when you bathed. I haven't seen this arrangement since I stayed at a HOSTEL in Cairo many years ago. This was the first hotel I stayed at in Vietnam where the shower gel and soap were so limited. One tiny bar soap at the sink and one small bottle of shower gel. Absolutely ridiculous!

Aircon was not cold. Only got one key so when we left the room had to turn what little aircon we had off to take key with us. There was a photo of a pool but it didn't have one. The bathroom was set up weird

Great location, two elevators that went to the basement so we didnt have to use the stairs with the pram, breakfast is on level 1 and was convenient
Aircon was terrible, even when we told them it wasnt running cold the issue wasnt resolved. The shower wouldnt drain one night so we were worried about flooding the room. Bathroom blind was moldy. Staff werent overly helpful or attentive.
