Pros:

Anh bảo vệ là điểm sáng duy nhất của chỗ nghỉ này

Cons:

Tôi nhận phòng 311 và phòng rất hôi - anh bảo vệ đã phải giúp tôi xịt mùi và mở quạt, máy lạnh cho bớt mùi. 530 sáng thì ngay trên tầng trên ks chạy máy rất ồn đến gần 7h sáng và chính NV ksan cũng nghe nhưng ko làm gì đc để tắt. Đổi phòng qua phòng 210 - từ việc trả tiền cho căn phòng có ban công qua phòng chỉ có cửa sổ, tôi ko nhận được 1 lời xin lỗi nào như thể vì tôi yêu cầu đổi phòng vô lý.
Bữa đầu tôi thử ăn sáng lúc 9am cũng là bữa cuối dù tôi ở 3 đêm, ly tách bẩn và tôi phải đưa lại cho nhân viên xem, bánh ỉu và nhìn rất tệ...
3 ngày ở tôi thật sự ko hiểu tại sao tệ như vậy dù tôi chỉ yêu cầu căn bản yên tĩnh sạch sẽ, coi như vừa giá tầm trung 1tr3 1 đêm
Tôi đã ở đó và yêu cầu xuất hoá đơn cho tôi ngay từ ngày đầu, nhân viên nhận thông tin và đến thời điểm tôi check out, về lại HCM thì ksan nhắn chỉ xuất được khách lẻ vì tôi book qua booking.com, không hề trao đổi gì trong suot tgian tôi ở đó hay tin nhắn tôi đã yêu cầu qua booking van báo okie - điều này chưa từng xảy ra với tất cả ksan tôi ở ở đà nẵng. Đây là một cơ sở có trốn thuế không? Tôi thật sự không hiểu tại sao tôi lại có trải nghiệm tệ như vậy!!

Absolutely huge room, great location right across from the beach, and decent buffet breakfast.

Sadly the front desk staff arranged tickets to the dragon bridge cruise were 50% more than the public price.

Lovely seaview and great location but expensive
Pros:

Amazing Seaview from our room, comfy bed, staff were welcoming and great location. Booked Ba Na Hills, onwards transfer to HoiAn and motorbike through hotel.

Cons:

We found the price a bit too steep for what we recieved. Shower ran cold quickly and couldn't use bath as not enough hot water.
