Great localisation to visit Icemer. Everything is close, markets are just 10m away, beach is like 100m. Nice swimming pool with great pub. Stuff were very friendly.
Hotplate was older than me and barely worked, kettle was dangerous to use. Talking of a shower produced a flood each time.
But hey, localisation within city is great!

Nice quiet location near the beach
End of season, no bar or restaurant open. Only one Turkish channel on the TV. The beds were quite hard and the lounge not very comfortable.
All was very good and location near supermarket and beach.

Very basic and had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper
I was shocked to read the negative reviews about this lovely, lovely place.Some people do forget to consider what they can have for the money they pay. This place is truly awesome ,and these are my reasons to say that:
1) we arrived near midnight however we were warmly greeted by the team , who explained everything in perfect English, spent some time with us and even served as beer although everyone else were fast asleep
2)in the mornings they spend ages cleaning the pool area preparing for the day ahead- quietly, no noises from cleaners, showing true care
3) during the day , the food is served whenever- I had my breakfast at 10.30, and it was truly delicious. Plenty of sun loungers, chilled atmosphere with a beautiful mountain backdrop. Lovely quiet music, yes there were some loud people once ( too much beer perhaps)), but it has been dealt with in a friendly amicable way. thank you team for a fantastic

Beautiful place with an amazing pool and great, helpful and friendly staff. Proximity to beaches. More than enough sun beds for it not to matter that some guests hogged some with their towels even when they were not there. Loved the cats, and the staff.
Good homely atmosphere provided you are part of long term holiday makers’ circle.
The fact that a great many of the rooms are let out on a long term contract to construction workers is both an advantage in that the bar and pool area had very few people but the disadvantage is the fact that very few holiday makers make it a bit lonely for a solo traveller and a reduction in the possibility of making holiday friends especially if you’re not favoured by the long term holiday makers.

Cheap apart hotel very close to the sea. You have everything you need inside your apartments. Nice stuff
We were disappointed because this hotel represent itself like quiet place, also we asked about quiet room because we have child. I think they really gave us the quietest room they have but in fact we had music from the bar till 12-00.
The location was good. Within easy reach of everything but away from the noise of the town. The hotel had a lovely pool & bar area.
As a single woman travelling on my own, I didn’t like the room I was allocated as the balcony had no view. It was very shaded & backed onto a road so it was never used. It would’ve been nicer to have a room overlooking the pool area where I could have opened my curtains. The rooms could do with a little updating.

On the first day of arrival tap water was turned off. We asked the staff when it would be, they promised in an hour. After 3 hours, we went to complain about the lack of water and the Internet, recaption man answered 'you could get out'. Great hospitality, right?
When I was outraged, the manager's girlfriend said "you MUST be polite".
Does that mean I owe them something else for my money?
The staff does not know at all what service is, and the elementary rules of communication.
They didn't even say hello in the morning.
In the apartment there was not even peace of soap.
Stove electric shocks.
Air conditioner system was on balcony. When the air conditioner is on, it is impossible to be on the balcony.
