Maybe the only bad experience so far on our trip in Mexico. The walls are paper thin and even at nighttime the street noises don’t let you sleep. During the evening we heard the tv from the neighboring room. When we asked for another room, they agreed for a change for the following night and the morning after, they told us that there was no room available. Also pretty far from the touristic area, so you have to take a taxi most of the time. In the only day we wanted breakfast, the restaurant was closed without warning. (The hotel didn’t own a hairdryer)

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, modern eingerichtet, ohne Chichi. Es hat eine sehr angenehme Poolanlage mit einem sehr ansprechenden Außenbereich und kleiner Bar.
Leider konnte man an der Bar nur 2 Drinks mit Karte bezahlen, nur einer ging nicht und 2 Drinks waren mir zuviel.
El personal de barra de la alberca
Reporte que mi colchón estaba roto o sea en mal estado y al principio el encargado de turno se porto grosero y me dijo que ni modo que esperáramos a mañana porque era domingo y no había personal, mi hermana le comento que hablaríamos con el gerente y dejaríamos mal reseña en booking y al cabo de un rato nos solucionaron muy bien el inconveniente.
Todo me gustó, atención, calidad, habitaciones, la alberca por Dios!! Los desayunos, exquisito todo!!

Camas durisimas, nos toco una habitación en 3er piso sin ventanas, para subir maletas muy incómodo.

Toilet meeds Bottom toilet seal replaced it is a leaking mess all over the floor . Rest pf main areas all well kept .Staff helpful .
