Trotz Mängel stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Die Lage war etwas abseits, deswegen eher ruhiger. Gute Lage, aber Fahrrad unbedingt zu empfehlen. Ausserdem war die Wohnung sehr groß. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt, trotz der Mängel. Sehr freundlicher Hausmeister.

Cons:

Die Dachterasse war zur Hälfte nicht zu benutzen, da die Bodenbalken sehr alt und teilweise entfernt wurden. Der Grill auf dem Dach ist nicht zu benutzen. Die Toiletten auf dem Dach wurden selten gereinigt und die Lampen gingen nicht. Unser Abfluss in der Küche war zweimal verstopft, wurde aber vom freundlichen Hausmeister direkt behoben. Die Küchenutensilien sollten mal erneuert werden. Die Armaturen waren alle sehr verkalkt. Das Bett knatscht wenn man sich dreht, ist aber sonst bequem.

Very good location, awesome view from the room, we felt like National Geographic reporters, You can expect plenty birdsongs from early morning. it was quite shadowed room, but it was valued after sun. The air condition was working well. We liked the wood furniture. Beautiful patio. Cats always nearby. Very good street foods available within 500mts in whatever direction. A pros and cons decisions making, I would be back there for sure.

Cons:

Bathrooms equipment requires some refreshment, due to shower construction it was always water on the floor, would say risking to slip and fall.

Comfortable but can be better.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was in an calm environment. The pool was refreshing.

Cons:

There was a lot of deferred maintenance. A kettle or coffee maker would have been nice to have in the apartment.

Pros:

Le logement était spacieux et il était possible de garer la voiture à proximité de l’immeuble, ce qui était pratique.

Cons:

Le logement était assez sombre et humide, probablement en raison de sa situation au rez-de-chaussée.
Attention, noté que le "canapé-lit" n'en est pas un : c'est un canapé et les draps fournis n'étaient même pas à la bonne taille (trop petit). Draps des chambres tachés...
Par ailleurs, des photos d’une piscine étaient présentes sur l’annonce Booking, mais nous n’avons reçu aucune information à ce sujet et nous ne savions pas si nous y avions accès. Enfin, l’hôte ne répondait aux messages que le matin, passé ce délai, vous n'aurez pas de réponse.

Pas de four ni de micro-ondes. Pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle.

Very happy with our accommodations and it suited our needs perfectly and was exactly as expected
Pros:

We found that the location worked for us because it was very close to a stop for the local transport (collectivos) that we used and walking distance to a large grocery store. The place was reasonably clean, it had a kitchen that was stocked enough for good basic use. The pool is on the smaller size but it was great to use for a refreshing dip and lots of loungers and space. Seemed to be safe and secure. The A/C worked well to moderate the temperature. It was a pleasant stay

Cons:

One of the beds only had a flat sheet (while the other also had a comforter) and we only had 1 roll of TP for our 5 night stay (more rolls appeared on our very last day) BUT we did not address it with the staff as we were doing okay with the situation. There seemed to be less than ideal communication between the on-site staff and the admin? that we texted via What's App which maybe could be a problem if issues were major but uncertain as we didn't have major issues.

Pros:

Host eccezionale, cortesissimo, ci ha accompagnato una volta in spiaggia e alla fine del soggiorno ci ha portato in auto alla stazione degli autobus.
La posizione della casa è relativamente comoda: per spostarsi verso le spiagge andavamo in centro a prendere i colectivos.
Alloggio molto grande e funzionale con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
La zona piscina necessita di un drastico miglioramento. Del resto l'intera struttura è fatta in pietra, cemento e legno e si sa che il legno ha bisogno di continua manutenzione.

Besonderes Apartment, in idealer Lage als Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung in der Umgebung mit dem Auto
Pros:

Besondere Ausstattung, über zwei Ebenen, sehr liebevolle Einrichtung mit Blick auf das Detail, gute Dusche mit ordentlich Heißwasser. Lage in ruhiger Nebenstraße, mit dem Auto, gar kein Problem an die Strände von Tulum oder nördlicher Richtung Akumal.

Cons:

Die Dachterrasse ist leider nicht nutzbar, weil sie im Begriff ist, renoviert zu werden.

Bien mais froid
Pros:

Logement sympa et moderne lorsqu'il doit faire chaud car il est entouré d'arbres.... plutôt central pour Tulum, parc Sian Kaan, restos...

Cons:

Nous avons eu froid. Il manque d'équipement et de finition. Le salon est un peu petit pour 6 personnes et manque de lumière. La terrasse n'a que 2 chaises. Quant à la terrasse côté piscine qui est à moitié en travaux de rénovation, aucune table, seulement quelques transats. Malheureusement notre semaine avait des températures fraîches le soir et nous avons eu froid car il n'y a que la clim et des grandes baies vitrées laissant passé le froid. De plus, la salle de bain était glacée car il n'y a pas vraiment de mur plein la séparant de l'extérieur. Je pense que ma note aurait était bien meilleure s'il avait fait plus chaud, désolée
