Great stay, close to everyting…
Pros:

The property is tastefully decorated, great view over the city, and so close to the business centre of Makati. Thanks to Bea who was quick to respond to any requests and did a wonderful job looking after to unit and keeping it looking so lovely

Все понравилось, внимательный хозяин и девушка, которая присматривала за номером.

Cons:

Тараканы, через 2 номера в отдельной комнате мусорные баки, оттуда они к нам и бегали.

I think one of the best apartment that I have stayed in Manila.

Cons:

Everything was perfect however they said cooking not allowed so please check with the owner if that’s your thing. Personally not affected by it this time.

There are better options in the same residence!
Pros:

The location is really good and there is mall and supermarket open 24/7.

Cons:

I stayed at the property for more than a week. There was a kitchenette however we werent allowed to cook or even boil anything. The coach was broken and it cant be changed to a bed . The duvet had no cover . On my last day , i asked for a late check out offering to pay for it . They told me that until 5 pm its 1100 peso. I told them i needed an extra hour so I will check out at 6 pm , the property asked me to pay 1900 peso ! So for the extra hour am supposed to pay 800 peso?!!!!!!!! Meanwhile the whole day stay is 2000 peso! Which didnt make any sense. I agreed to stay till 5 and paid them the money . At 5:01 they sent me their assistant to knock on the door to get me out! I stayed in the same building at a different property it was fully furnished to the smallest detail and it was cheaper and made us checkout late without any fees

Stayed for a whole week and felt like at home. Recommend
Pros:

Easy check in, feel-at-home with all necessity in the flat, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable bed

Cons:

The view on big buildings and natural light only coming into the bedroom area but harder to get in the living area, but this seems quite stand in this area of Manila
