Cons:

Upstairs rooms have not been renovated yet, rooms only get cleaned when you ask for it to be done. You get what you pay for in reality, it's quiet and peaceful so you take the good with the bad

Easy to get to from the airport, not far from the beach.

Cons:

Staff were very short at check in. Check out was a bit better. Rooms weren't clean and didn't provide soap let alone shampoo.

It was ok, cheap and worth the money for the space and location alone.
Pros:

It was very central and close to everything. The room was big and the balcony was nice. It was easy to find. Walking distance from the beach and the mall. Lots of great warungs all around with very decent prices.

Cons:

The wifi was useless. There were cats living in my ceiling. The water pressure in the bathroom was nonexistent. Having a bath was great, but wasn't able to use it due to the water pressure.

End of road was little bit shady looking annoying motorbike men's, who try to sell you ride even I showed my own keys to them.

Place was quiet and pretty empty

Cons:

Staff weren't at reception for half hour after my arrival.
Unnecessary repeating when checkout was every time I walked past reception, makes you feel kind of unwelcome
