Staff was very helpful
2 minutes walk to night market (open every day), 10 minutes walk to the beach. 15’ drive to downtown Phu Quoc if you like the party night life. We prefer this location since it’s a bit more quiet and family friendly. Staffs are very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Great hotel in a perfect location next to the Sonasea night market and the beach. Some of the other hotels that are right at the night market seem like they could be very loud but the Hana hotel is tucked away off the main busy street so it was very quiet during our stay.
The service here is very nice with free airport transportation and a daily breakfast. They also have a laundry service too if you need to clean your clothes during your stay. We would definitely stay here again! This part of the island is also very convenient to access all of the different activities.
Everything, staff was so helpful, and I forgot my hat, and that still keeps it. Rooms are cozy, clean, homemade breakfast was tasty. Thank you for wonderful experience.
We had an amazing stay in this hotel. Upon our arrival (very early) we already had a room available, and we got an upgrade! The breakfast options were enough, there was available water and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. The beach is 5 mins walk and the location of the hotel is perfect, it is silent, and close to every interesting point around the whole island.
The staff was attentive all the time they were helpful and answered all our questions. Thanks to them, we had a warm feeling of a cozy small hotel which is not very common in resorts, and we were pleasantly surprised.
I recommend this hotel to anyone who is hesitant.

Nothing
It was in a quiet location so we slept very well. Good WiFi. Breakfast is always fresh and made to order. The cleaner does such a good job she is great. It is so close to the beach and restaurants and night market. There is a free bus that takes you to the Grand World which is great
The pool is in a different location to the hotel so didn't bother using it. Gym could be better. Lots of stray dogs around.
We had some issues but they solved it nicely and quickly. Bed was good. And the beach nearby also. Stuff is very friendly and polite.
The location is little bit wierd. Lot of empty houses. Pool is little bit far away.
False information was given that the swimming pool was outside.
The hotel is nice, the crew is helpful and so kind. You just need to walk 5min to the beach. There is no noises at night and the breakfast, although very simple, is good and healthy.
The swimming pool is not in the hotel at all, you have to walk 5 minutes. There is nothing around the pool it's just grass, no chair, no parasol. And one day it was close for renovation.
