Pros:

Personel bardzo uprzejmy. Pokoje przestronne, czyściutkie. Ręczniki wymieniane codziennie. Lokalizacja świetna. Można zamówić pranie ubrań na miejscu. Pyszna kawa do śniadania.

Cons:

Śniadania skromne ale w Wietnamie to nie problem ponieważ dookoła jest mnóstwo pysznego jedzenia.

L’emplacement près du Night Market .
Personnel très gentil

Cons:

Odeur horrible de vinaigre très forte dans la chambre, et qui n’est pas parti du séjour.
Petit déjeuner vraiment pas terrible pour un palais Européen.
Pour le service de laverie, nos habits sont sortis décoloré, et ils m’ont perdu des chaussettes de randonnées .

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war das lächerliche was ich je gesehen habe. Keine Wurst oder Käse kein Saft. Nicht mal Butter oder Magarine. Nur gekoc hte Wachteleier. Musst 5 schälen damit du genug hattest. 2 langweilige warme Gerichte. Kaffee und Tee.
Die Rezeption war eigentlich nie besetzt. Das las wohl daran dass 1 Mitarbeiterin wohl fast alles alleine machen musste.

Милые хозяева, доброжелательные. Но при проживании нам выставили счет за пятна на постельном белье, вопрос решили конечно, но осадок остался.

Cons:

Плохая уборка, запах в номерах затхлый, постельное белье с пятнами, на завтраке выбора нет и иногда не хватало продуктов, бассейна нет

Von Anfang an hatten wir 24 Std die Möglichkeit jemanden im Hotel,über WhatsApp zu erreichen. Das sind 5 Sterne für mich.....
Der Service war absolut professionell, Das Frühstück war Abwechslungsreich....Besser kann man es in dieser Kategorie nicht machen. Das gesamte Team ist freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Ich habe Rücken und Fuss Probleme....für mich war es manchmal schwer zum Beach zu kommen....aber Roller oder auch Fahrrad schaffen Abhilfe ,beides kann man im Hotel mieten ....

Wonderful Hotel,Staff. Everything is perfect.
Pros:

2 minutes walk to night market (open every day), 10 minutes walk to the beach. 15’ drive to downtown Phu Quoc if you like the party night life. We prefer this location since it’s a bit more quiet and family friendly. Staffs are very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!
