The Suites Inn Hotel

The property was very clean, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The bed, however, was quite firm for both me and my husband—so much so that he ended up sleeping on the sofa. That said, we appreciate that some guests may prefer a firmer mattress.
It was a little surprising that there wasn’t a dining table, especially given the kitchen facilities. Having one would have made mealtimes more comfortable.
Overall, aside from those points, I would still recommend the property.

Nice experience

This is or seems quite a new build so all quite newish inside and out. As a regular business traveler I stay in lots of different apartments similar to this all over the UK. There are pretty much no home comforts here at all, no cushions on the settee, no knifes for cutting, no chopping board, oven dishes or any kitchen utensils what so ever , a very old scourer pad and a bathroom hand towel to dry your plates from the cheap washing up liquid that they have purchased. Costs have been cut and its clear to see. With a little bit of care, effort & attention from the proprietor and to add some finishing touches this could be nice. I was extremely disappointed also by the bedroom blind that hadn't been installed incorrectly so it wouldn't close properly to block light out, I reported this and nothing got done about it.

Lovely apartment clean and well layed out, but to have a microwave hob and oven I feel it should have pots and pans and cooking utensils. There is a tv mounted on the wall but no aerial lead so you could only get on demand programs. Coffee tea and sugar was provided. This is a new complex ( about a month old )and I understand that it’s still needs refining

The property is great. I was traveling with my wife, daughter (13 yrs old) and nephew (16 yrs old). The unit has 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. It's a large space approximately 600 sqft. There is also parking which is a big plus in England.

The unit does not indicate it has a washer and dryer but the picture of the unit clearly shows a washer. Unfortunately there's no dryer and since we were traveling during the winter it took a long time for the clothes to hang dry. We were in outer Birmingham visiting friends so the hotel location was perfect for us.

We stayed here for a night and found the property new, clean and had all the basic amenities. Beds were comfortable and clean.
