It was a decent stay

My nights were pretty nice and thats all that counts for me. I was out all day for the two days

Pros:

The restaurant service was excellent. I really enjoyed staying in the restaurant to eat and meeting guests. Breakfast service inclusive...

Cons:

First impression in hospitality determine expectations of the guest. They do not answer emails. On arrival, I was met with a frosty point at the reception that I do not have a room. The hotel is fully booked, I was told. I informed her that I pre-booked a room and have been communicating of its availability. She was adamant that there is no room for me.
I was upset, to be fair. I asked permission to sit at the lounge and decide my next step.
On the point of securing another accommodation a Lady came to pacify that there is a room been sorted out for me. The situation was shocking....
The hospitality was poor. Broken kettle, one sachet tea bag, one sachet coffee, two cream milk, no sugar, no towel. Shower-no water to shower on the day.
The room, too tight for two guest. To be candid, it was horrendous and I will not recommend this hotel to any international tourist. Abject disappointing.
