Es impresionante el nivel de detalles en decoración que tiene el hotel, cada parte es para tomarse una bella foto, las las albercas son varias y muy bonitas , el desayuno mega delicioso lo recomiendo altamente. y las habitaciones y cada lugar del hotel es identico a las fotos.
Incredible view. Staff amazing. Alfredo was very helpfull and did much more than expected of him. Food good and huge portions.

el acceso al hotel, es una calle muy perjudicada, con deslaves por las recientes lluvias y fue complicado poder subir hasta el lugar.
The design of the property is thoughtful and is full of details done by artisans on staff. All staff were exceptionally helpful and willing to share their knowledge of the area. The view is spectacular, the breakfasts delicious, and the town is an interesting working fishing village. We would definitely return. Of note is that this is not the place for people with mobility issues.

The hotel is beautifully located on the cliffs above the picturesque cove of Puerto Ángel. The grounds are stunning and a perfect place to relax and savour the ocean breezes. The attention to artistic detail is amazing - it’s a truly unique environment. The staff were all very warm and helpful in every way.

The amenities are lacking and the staff are too few in number. The few staff we interacted with were fantastic and helpful, but they seem to be doing everything.
We stayed four days, three nights, yet our room was only cleaned once and only after asking multiple times. For the nightly price we paid, the amenities were very disappointing. No room service, no laundry service. No phone in the room.
There’s no WiFi, at least not one that reached our room. We were given two options, but neither network showed up in our room. Only from the breakfast and reception area could I connect to them.
The staff were all very kind to us and helpful. Incredible location and full ocean view with lots of nature, we saw eagles & whales. The room was clean & comfortable, we loved the outside area with the day bed & jacuzzi. Breakfast was good. The beach is 5 minutes walk.
We loved our amazing balcony with magical sunrise views, and the soothing soundtrack of the ocean waves. The swimming pools are magnificent, and it is just a 10 minute walk down to the beach. The whole team was wonderful, helpful, and kind. Ana's breakfasts are amazing, especially her chilaquiles and Jamaica agua! We hope to come back again.
The hotel is located in Puerto Angel right between two beautiful beaches, the view from the room is spectacular. The rooms are very large and spatious, the jacuzzi on the balcony is wonderful for a romantic night. The staff are lovely locals, the food was delicious and felt home made. It is a very short drive from Mazunte and Zipolite which is great for going out to dinner.
The entrance is a little tricky, it is a small dirt road uphill so if it rains it makes getting there a little difficult
This is a very unique property with wonderful details. Staff was very friendly. Amazing views and a quick walk to the beach which was not crowded in Aug like others we had been to on this trip. Highly recommend!
There was nothing I didn’t like but those with mobility issues should be aware that the property is at the top of a hill which requires walking/driving on a short dirt road. The property is also several stories so some areas might be difficult to reach for those who cannot navigate stairs well.
I really liked the room's seashell-inspired decor and the balcony's ocean view. The jacuzzi and outdoor seating area, complete with mosquito netting, were also nice touches.
I was anticipating eggs for breakfast, as mentioned, but instead, sopes were served without any inquiry into dietary preferences or restrictions.
Unfortunately, the shower drain was clogged during my stay, causing a mini flood in the bathroom. I had to unclog the drain myself and rely on towels until the staff could assist.

These aren’t dealbreakers but the restaurant had odd hours for lunch and dinner and above our suite on the rooftop, there was an unusual banging and movement of furniture during the night.
The hotel is attractively designed with many details, spacious rooms with a beautiful terras overlooking the ocean. Truly magnificent view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. A 5 minutes walk takes you to a beautiful local beach, where they also offer trips to see dolphins, whales and turtles.
The entry road is bumpy, but please don’t let that scare you off
