Cons:

After midnight all the doors were closed and there was nobody at the reception. I hsd to climb over the gates to the parking slot. Horrible service!!!! Don't visit this hotel!!!! And it is more than 700 meters away from the city center. .

the staff were very kind and helpful
the hotel pool was by the sea and had a big pool
it was quiet

Cons:

the managerial staff were dreadful... facilities nonexistent...no kettle no fridge no safe in the room ..infact I had to go down everyday to ask for hot water for tea...after 9pm you couldn't get anything as the night security couldn't speak a word of English...the balcony to our room leaked water from the bathroom and from the roof when it rained.. no sink plug ..asked 5 times but nope it never arrived the shower was weak and so old it hardly worked ...breakfast we paid for was not the best ..same every day so not as listed on booking.com three choices ...it was one choice.
the lift didn't work and was told it never will work again so we had heavy suitcases to carry up three flights of stairs...£127 a night ...not worth it

Precio calidad desproporcional. Pagué impuestos incluidos $157/noche, excesivo para un hotel de $70

La ubicación es buena y el desayuno normal.

Cons:

Las instalaciones son viejas y en ciertos sitios le falta mantenimiento. La habitación 12 que da al mar es buena por su ubicación pero parece que fue adaptada de otro uso y muy mal realizada aunque contrasta con acabados de madera buenos. El AA mal ubicado. La cocina o dicha área fatal.

La habitación tenía un fuerte olor a moho… la ducha pésima el agua sale en grumos… hay que elegir en cuál se ducha. El agua del grifo tenía olor a podrido.

Muchísimo que mejorar, no hay mucha diferencia comparado a cabinas de paso para camionero.
Cons:

No tienen agua caliente.
Solo 2 horas para desayuno.
Demasiado ruido hasta tarde en la noche.
Se iba y venía el agua en la habitación.

Personal poco atento y colaborativo

La cercanía al mar

Cons:

El personal poco atento (con alguna excepción), el agua se fue constantemente desde las 11 pm y hasta las 7:30 am. Falta de colaboración de parte del personal al solicitar revisar las cámaras del pasillo donde se ubicaba nuestra habitación, para identificar quien tomó las llaves de la misma que por un momento y estando dentro se dejaron pegadas a la puerta. NO NOS COLABORARON obviamente para cobrar el costo de reposición

Refus de servir du thé chaud, piscine remplie par les clients du restaurant durant la journée, difficile d'accès sans voiture/taxi (1 bus par heure), chambre avec une petite fenêtre encastrée ne donnant ni vue ni luminosité, hôtel assez sale dans l'ensemble, trop cher pour l'experience

Decent affordable hotel - nice view, but otherwise nothing special

It was a decent location, with secure free parking. Air conditioning worked.

Cons:

We missed the breakfast, so I don't know about that. We didn't realize that there is no beach - the water goes to the rocks & seawall. The room was inconvenient to reach, but had a decent view of the water. LOUD power washing started just down the hall by 9a, so we couldn't sleep in.

Weirdest part was the physical key - not card - for the lock. It was the only way to lock the room *from the inside* so when one of us left the room, we couldn't lock the door or the person would be trapped! I've never seen that before, and didn't like leaving the room unlocked in the evening when my travel companion was resting & I went downstairs.
