It was fine but the room has unpleasant smell and some cleanliness issues.
Pros:

location and access. Easy access to transportation and facilities. There are various convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores available in the area.

Cons:

cleanliness and facilities. too many cockroaches and the room is very stinky smell.
