WOULD COME BACK, VERY NICE FOR THE PRICE
Pros:

the hosts were very kind and accommodating, and the location was perfect. there were also elevators available, which made it much easier to manage our luggage.

Cons:

They they didnt had heater but they had heaterbeds so it was not a big deal honestly

Bien por el precio, buena ubicación
Pros:

Estaba bien, por el precio no se puede pedir más. Hay hervidor de agua y tiene un sistema que calienta la cama lo cual se agradece con el frío que hace en sapa !

Cons:

Las almohadas eran incómodas para mi gusto, dormí un poco mal debido a ellas. Pero por lo demás nada de que quejarme, la dueña no habla mucho inglés pero es muy amable.

They let me in late at night and the beds had mosquito nets and bed heaters.

Cons:

Beds are very hard. Lost my AirPods in the rooom, staff let me check the next day but someone definitely took them home based on their location.

Great location, great staff
Pros:

Amazing location, right in the centre, 5 minutes walk from all attractions and some great restaurants on its doorstep. Quoc, Thai and Viet are all super friendly, great people and they helped me book a fansipan tour with ease. Would stay here every time I’m in sapa

Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The room was cold and damp, the bonus was the electric blanket as otherwise the room would have been too cold to sleep in. Our clothes, everything felt damp as no form of heat in the room. The room was not clean and bedding did not seem fresh.
