Good first time and bad when I stayed in it again
Pros:

Neat clean

Cons:

I was given a room with no windows and when I told the manager that it was not how it was shown in website. They asked me to pay extra to get a room with a window. I was amazed that how can there be a room without window.

I booked the property mistaking it for another one in the city with a similar name. This apparently is outside the city
