They are in the business to mint money providing zero service.
Pros:

Nothing. Bad experience from start to end.

Cons:

It's one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. They shutdown ac and geyser without informing to save electricity. After a long flight, i'm forced to shower with cold water at 3 am. Couldn't come out and call after pouring water on me. They never informed until the next day when i asked that they need to switch on the geyser downstairs and then only it will work. Again then also they didn't inform about ac. When i went out later in the evening, the receptionist asked room number and told him. But no one asked me while coming back. He wasn't even busy with anything and no other customers at reception when i came back. Later when i called asking why ac isn't working late at night, then informed that they shut it down when i went out. What if two people stay and one goes out? The practices that they follow are sketchy to save money. Gave a room at the end of the floor which has a musty smell inside. There was a small cockroach in the bathroom. Some construction people were working and hanging around. One of them knocked on the door randomly until i opened it and said he did it just like that. What if only women were there in the room? Never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stayed in many hotels and no one is like this. Stay far away from hotels like this.
