Pros:

El sector piscina y el show nocturno. También almorzamos y la comida estaba buena, ricos tragos. El desayuno muy bueno, ojalá fuera no tan temprano el horario, de 8 a 10 por ejemplo.

La infraestructura y el diseño es lo mejor de la zona.... me dio una vibra muy a buzios... lo mejor sin duda.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar un poco, cumple pero no es espectacular. (falta alguna otra alternativa caliente... es muy comun ver por ejemplo incluso vienesa o tocino o algo así)

Excelente ubicación, pero debe mejorar su relación precio calidad.

Comodidad de las camas y desayuno bueno.

Cons:

La relación precio calidad, no había wifi de calidad en la pieza. Y los horarios para desayuno y otros no eran acorde a una estadía de descanso. Finalmente, mientras descansaba comenzaron a hacer trabajos, lo cual, no permite un descanso reparador.

Agradable y excelente
Pros:

La habitación con balcón a la costanera, una terraza muy cómoda en la habitación, una piscina de regular tamaño con un mobiliario muy acogedor.

La amabilidad del personal. Especialmente de Joaquin y Cristian

Cons:

El mal olor en general producto de los alcantarillados del hotel. Tuvimos que pedir cambio de habitación y nos cambiaron a otra más pequeña en un piso superior (5to piso). No había tanto mal olor, pero el hotel no cuenta con ascensores, subir y bajar 5 pisos a la larga se hace tedioso.

Excelente ubicación y atención.
Pros:

La ubicación es maravillosa.
El lugar es antiguo, pero está bien mantenido.
la piscina es muy agradable
el personal muy amable ( en especial Cristobal que nos ayudó con maletas)
La habitación que originalmente nos dieron no nos gustó mucho, pero tuvieron buena voluntad y nos la cambiaron.

Cons:

El desayuno es pobre, poca variedad de pan y fruta. El café muy muy malo, aguado, sin sabor.
En algunos momento se sentía mal olor en el hotel, no sabemos si a alcantarillado o algas cercanas al hotel.

Personal inmejorable!
Pros:

El personal es el activo más importante que tiene el hotel, son amables, atentos, solucionan, espectaculares!

Cons:

Las instalaciones están un poco deterioradas. Hace falta mantenimiento en general y principalmente en las habitaciones. Se nota que debe haber una inversión.
