worst of worst experience

Cons:

I am extremely disappointed with this booking experience. I paid a huge amount through Booking.com, expecting a comfortable stay and good service, but what I received was completely unacceptable.

The hotel experience was poor from start to finish, including the stay, food quality, cleanliness, and lack of basic facilities. The service was nowhere near the standard expected for the amount I paid.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the hotel is actually available at a much cheaper price elsewhere, yet I ended up paying significantly more through Booking.com for such a disappointing experience.

I trusted Booking.com to help me find suitable accommodation at a reasonable price, but this experience has seriously damaged my trust in the platform. I feel that I paid a premium for a hotel that failed to provide even basic standards of hygiene, comfort, and service.

I expect Booking.com to take this complaint seriously, investigate the hotel and the price difference, and provide a fair resolution, including appropriate compensation or a partial refund.

This was a complete waste of money, and I would think twice before booking through Booking.com again.

My experience was quite disappointing. I was staying in Room 404, and the room was infested with bedbugs. I immediately informed the hotel staff, and they arranged for spraying, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the issue.

I stayed at the hotel for only four days and chose not to escalate the matter further during my stay. However, the room condition was unacceptable. Additionally, I did not receive complimentary breakfast for two days.

Unfortunately, I did not take any photographs as evidence, which I regret. Nevertheless, the issue was genuine, and I had informed the hotel staff about it during my stay.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves its pest-control measures and guest services to ensure that other guests do not face a similar experience.

I felt the rates were too high. The room was worth 1K per night.
Pros:

The room was big.

Cons:

The room was quite dirty. 1 dirty towel was provided. The floors were slippery. The bathroom was okayish. The linen was dirty. I don't think it was worth the 3.3K we were charged. The breakfast was horrible.
