Staff were all fantastic. I Was a bit short of cash after paying the unexpected security deposit so the receptionist drove me into town to an ATM. Restaurant on premises was very good and fairly priced considering you don’t have many options if you don’t have your own wheels.
It’s not really the fault of the hotel I guess, but it is a bit annoying when the posted rate as you walk in to reception is significantly lower than what I paid on booking. I get they pay a commission, but it’s still off putting to have it made clear one basically overpaid. Again not the fault of the hotel, but it’s a good distance from the main town and restaurants, ATM’s, shops, etc. Definitely better if one has their own transportation
L’accueil des locaux était juste formidable, j’ai été traitée comme une reine. Ils m’appelaient par mon prénom et le service (petit déjeuner, déjeuner au restaurant Dhe Ringgit en face, et le karaoke) étaient super!
La « hot shower » était glacée. Autrement le reste était top. Très mignon comme Homestay
It looked amazing, the staff was so nice and helpful as well.
The shower has only a few seconds of warm water every minute, then its back to freezing. And the coffee was not filtered. We are not used to having coffee grounds in the coffee. It also said in the booking, poweroutlet close to bed. Since there were 2 beds, we expected 2 outlets, but we had to share one
Friendly staff. Cosy rooms. Lovely decor. Plenty of space. Straightforward food.
Rough showers. Rough toilets. Relatively far from the caldera rim. Zero vibe.

Kind staff, beautiful view, cute room, generous breakfast, peacefull place.
Nothing to store in the room, or hang things. Toilets haven't been cleaned for 24 hours (shared toilets), clugged sink, bad smell.
Room not insulated at all, we can hear everything happening arround all night long (better have ear plugs)
They place birds in small cage, can not even fly.:(((
Good hosts, especially Widodo was great. They're very eager to help you and to make your stay comfortable.
The Staff were so nice and helpful, the view around hotel is amazing 🤩
Almost nothing actually, we stayed in standard room with private bathroom, it will be more convenient if there was a hot shower in the bathroom. Maybe next time we will try deluxe room to get private bathroom with the hot shower.
